An unlikely thing I am out of the region and to make an appointment I can not call .... toll-free number not active and other numbers do not answer but the time is in Tuscany and I am in Italy.

Mettete in preventivo che una volta entrati per una semplice autorizzazione o tempi di attesa saranno BIBLICI, sempre sperando che non dobbiate discutere per avere un minimo di assistenza.... SCONSIGLIATISSIMO?? Bad .... The staff totally unprepared, rude and ZERO availability. Put in estimate that once entered for a simple authorization or waiting times they will be BIBLE, always hoping that you do not have to argue for a minimum of assistance .... NOT RECOMMENDED??

Vi assicuro che sono state Tutte disponibili, preparate e pazienti, perché ero un pochino agitata e loro hanno tolto tutti i miei dubbi, rassicurandomi sulla situazione..Quindi Complimenti e Grazie Ancora! È veramente una vergogna, miei amici che hanno fatto il mio stesso tampone hanno ricevuto risposta entro 1/3 giorni. Ho scritto anche alla sorveglianza domiciliare nemmeno loro hanno risposto?? poi nei moduli che ti fanno riempire c'è indirizzo , CF, numero di telefono,email e nessuno ti avvisa, anche avendo detto che il sito non mi prende nemmeno le credenziali e a mio marito come risposta mi comunica un tampone che ha fatto a ottobre??VERGOGNATEVI VERGOGNATEVI VERGOGNATEVI ?? Oltre ad essere molto soddisfatta sono grata alla dottoressa poiché è stata l'unica a spiegarmi bene cosa fare, in un momento di confusione totale.
