Telefoni che suonano senza risposta, ma impiegati negli uffici che sghignazzano ad alta voce e chiacchierano delle ricette 2. In piena emergenza covid, mia moglie incinta al quinto mese per fare gli esami del sangue ha dovuto fare 2h 15m di coda nella folla; una volta a casa l'hanno chiamata al cellulare dicendole che doveva tornare perché si erano scordati farle firmare il foglio della privacy. Due giorni dopo siamo dovuti tornare di persona per ritirare gli esiti (via email o tramite credenziali non li trasmettono) dai quali abbiamo purtroppo constatato che avevano eseguito altri tests rispetto a quelli prescritti. Soluzione proposta : l'indomani mattina tornare a fare prelievo e due giorni dopo tornare a ritirare esiti. Siamo andati dai privati. 3. Nel mezzo della gravidanza mia moglie ha scoperto che era stato revocato per errore il medico curante. Per sistemare la questione è stato richiesto di recarci di persona con delega, fare la fila. I moduli necessari non sono disponibili prima, ma si deve attendere di arrivare allo sportello per averli e compilarli. L'esatto opporto dell'efficienza e della serietà. Da evitare assolutamente se possibile. Che vergogna (e che peccato) Get ready for an experience in full Fantozzian style. A clear example of disastrous public management. 1. Non penso che sia utile nè incoraggiante andare in questi ospedali dove il livello medico è basso-mediocre. Very low level structure. Really.
