Per un semplice cambio di medico mi hanno dato appuntamento 2 mesi dopo a uno sportello a cui stavano chiudendo nonostante la gente in attesa con appuntamento come me e poi si sono anche rifiutati di farlo con un'assurda arroganza, ridendo in faccia perché non si è residenti quando per legge chi è domiciliato lo può avere eccome se si risiede per almeno 3 mesi. Io sto a Roma da 10 mesi e continuerò a starci, senza medico per colpa di questi incapaci senza voglia di lavorare. Spero di non prendermi nemmeno un raffreddore altrimenti con questa "sanità" posso anche morire Bad, pure disorganization. For a simple change of doctor they gave me an appointment 2 months later at a counter they were closing despite people waiting for an appointment like me and then they also refused to do it with absurd arrogance, laughing in your face because you are not residents when by law those who are domiciled can have one if they reside for at least 3 months. I have been in Rome for 10 months and I will continue to stay there, without a doctor because of these incapable people without the desire to work. I hope I don't even catch a cold otherwise with this "sanity" I can even die

Molto informato, rispondeva a tutte le domande. Il sabato aperto solo per i prelievi. Molto attenti e organizzati per l'emergenza covid. I went for a pickup. You have to make an appointment at 069939. At the entrance there was a very nice gentleman who managed the entrances. Very informed, he replied to all the questions. On Saturday open only for withdrawals. Very attentive and organized for the covid emergency.

Ho trovato un ambiente estremamente pulito, compresi i bagni. La Dottoressa è stata professionale e esaustiva, oltre che cortese. Complimenti ai lavoratori della struttura. Clerk at the entrance courteous and efficient, I went for a breast ultrasound, little waiting to pay, I waited only 5 mn from the booking time. I found it to be extremely clean, including the bathrooms. The Doctor was professional and thorough, as well as courteous. Kudos to the workers of the facility.
g	glaukos71 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza riguarda un elettrocardiogramma di routine, entrato al piano dove si eseguono le analisi del sangue, vengo ricevuto in modo maleducato ai limiti delle urla, dalla "signora" che stava al cup del reparto e da una infermiera inviperita e arrogante:la mia colpa era di essere entrato da una porta di sola uscita. Nota bene:non esisteva nessuna scritta che lo indicasse. La portantina o infermiera...mi urlava ulteriormente che non potevo indossare la mia mascherina (di stoffa, ma comprata in un negozio con certificazione) e dovevo procurarmi una chirurgica sennò non mi avrebbero nemmeno guardato! Bel modo di accogliere in una struttura pubblica...oltretutto gli ambienti risultano essere oltremodo sporchi con cartacce per terra e polvere ovunque. Anche la dottoressa in visita, anche non essendo scontrosa, mi ha visitato frettolosamente e in maniera apatica. La direzione sanitaria dovrebbe essere più presente a moderare questi personaggi. Unico appunto è che la persona alle informazioni non mi ha detto che serviva la delega di mia moglie in quanto minori, che invece era richiesta allo sportello. Quindi sono dovuto andare a prenderla e tornare. Ma non essendoci quasi nessuno in fila me la sono cavata con due attese da circa 5/10 minuti e mi hanno stampato le tessere in attesa di ricevere quelle originali. I went to redo my children's health cards which were lost and I must say they were very efficient. The only note is that the person at the information did not tell me that my wife's delegation was needed as minors, which instead was requested at the counter. So I had to go get it and come back. But since there is hardly anyone in line, I got away with two waits for about 5/10 minutes and they printed me the cards waiting to receive the original ones.

Roma 13 via Boccea per fare la stessa cosa 2 minuti !!!! Stipendi da destinare ad altro!!!!!!
