A	Alberto Cappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per otturazioni saltate prendendo oki e antibiotici per l'aumentata sensibilità e il dolore e mi dicono che devo fare l'ISEE (?!!?). Mi congedano senza fare alcun intervento! Il giorno dopo all'ASL mi dicono che per la mia situazione NON devo fare l'ISEE, Di fatto, chiedo e ottengo il relativo documento di esenzione (Mod ODO1). Personale insensibile (cosa grave) e poco competente ... I went for skipped fillings taking oki and antibiotics for the increased sensitivity and pain and they tell me I need to do the ISEE (? !!?). They dismiss me without making any intervention! The next day at the ASL they tell me that for my situation I do NOT have to do the ISEE. In fact, I ask for and obtain the relative exemption document (Mod ODO1). Insensitive (serious thing) and not very competent staff ...

I ragazzi stanno li per lavorare, e non per stare ad ascoltare i problemi vostri.... Se vi dicono che serve una determinata documentazione, è perché va portata... Voi non avete delle direttive al lavoro, o fate tutti come diavolo vi pare?! Tutti a lamentarsi, ma sempre dentro la asl a rompere l'anima state!!! NULLA!!! addirittura, alla 500esima volta, hanno risposto e riattaccato subito il telefono... ma il telefono che ce l'avete a fare? Ve lo staccassero, almeno la regione risparmia soldi! Siete un disastro I have been trying to contact the numbers of the local ASL for days but the result is always the same ... R	Roberta Fefè on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale al Triage molto disponibile, ottimo anche il personale di primo contatto cad, ma il coordinamento fra area sociale e sanitaria è ancora un miraggio, evviva l'integrazione sociosanitaria. Perchè segnalare ai fruitori del servizio numeri di telefono molteplici a cui non risponde nessuno? Dubito che anche chi lavora lì possa trovarsi bene, come mai sprecare una risorsa così? Coraggio! Tale decisione è stata avvallata anche dalla responsabile di struttura. Mai vista una cosa così presso una struttura pubblica, pagata e sostenuta con i soldi dei cittadini romani. Pitiful management. For a delay of twenty minutes the specialist doctor (ophthalmologist) refused to visit my mother. This decision was also endorsed by the facility manager. Never seen something like this in a public facility, paid for and supported with the money of Roman citizens.

G	Giorgio Franchitti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' una settimana che provo a chiamare......c'è un numero di telefono che la mattina è sempre occupato (immagino lo stacchino, non può essere occupato per oltre 2 ore) poi dopo pranzo, casualmente è sempre libero ma puoi farlo squillare fino allo stremo e non risponde nessuno. quello che avevo bisogno di sapere l'ho capito(ahime) dalle recensioni . penso mi rivolgerò altrove. I've been trying to call for a week ... you can make it ring until it's exhausted and no one answers. what I needed to know I understand (alas) from the reviews. I think I will turn elsewhere.

Entriamo e spiego al dottore che mio suocero ha dolore alla gamba e non riesce a muoversi,lui sempre seduto alla scrivania,dà indicazioni da lontano,dopo due frasi,dice che deve fare la risonanza,e poi tornare a fare la visita (pagando di nuovo). Fin qui tutto ok,se non fosse che alla mia richiesta di avere la ricetta per la risonanza,si è rifiutato,perché gli SCOCCIAVA scrivere una prescrizione... mi ha esortato a chiederla al medico di famiglia,ma per quale motivo dovrei perdere altre giornate a prendere appuntamento per una ricetta medica,se lui in 2 minuti aveva finito la visita? Io ho insistito per farla scrivere da lui, e ha cominciato a darmi della maleducata perché ero arrivata in ritardo,e lui ha fatto un FAVORE a fare la visita ugualmente. SE NON HAI VOGLIA DI LAVORARE NELLE STRUTTURE PUBBLICHE,NON FARLO,non far perdere tempo prezioso a noi utenti che abbiamo bisogno di assistenza sanitaria Forget the orthopedist.
