M	Marco M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte i problemi legati all’”attacco hacker” alla sanità del Lazio… - sbagliano e si scordano di fare un prelievo, vengo richiamato e devo rifare il prelievo all’altro braccio. Scandalosi. - al ritiro (visto che non è possibile ritirare i referti online) mi viene chiesto in malo modo “se avevo pagato” (???) e devo spiegare che ho già pagato; - mi viene detto di compilare un lungo foglio da riconsegnare prima del ritiro del prelievo, non hanno una penna e mi mandano in un altro ufficio a chiederla. Compilo il tutto e lascio la penna (bic da 50 centesimi) all’ufficio ritiro referti… me ne vado ma vengo fermato da un tizio dell’ufficio dove mi avevano mandato a prendere la penna che mi accusa di star andando via e di aver rubata la penna. Al che mi altero, torno indietro, riprendo la penna dai suoi colleghi e gliela lascio dicendo che sono veramente degli scarsissimi professionisti. La prossima volta vado privatamente e perdo meno tempo. Dato che ha fatto abbastanza male, era un ago da flebo forse un 19, nessuna risposta e poi toglieva e metteva il laccio al braccio perché il sangue usciva piano, mai successo in nessun prelievo effettuato, alla domanda perché faceva così, la risposta è stata..perché a parecchi da fastidio...io non avevo detto nulla... ma chi mettono a fare i prelievi...ed ora mi ritrovo con un bozzetto ed ematoma mai avuto in vita mia. Non andrò più lì. Tante storie per il covid, poi ti fanno sedere su una poltrona neanche sterilizzata fra un paziente e l'altro mentre ti stai rivestendo chiamano subito l'altro paziente che imbarazzato rimane sulla porta privacy zero. Manca l'acqua al lavandino del secondo piano ed ovviamente anche i parcheggi nei paraggi.Il personale del cup è stato gentile. Ecco, il consultorio di via Tagliamento è il posto meno accogliente per una donna. I modi di fare di tutto il personale sono sgarbati, chi dovrebbe ascoltarti e aiutarti è giudicante e sbrigativo. Rimpiango molto il consultorio sant'anna, dove, al contrario, c'erano persone competenti, preparate, gentili e accoglienti.
