Avevo necessità di una TAC urgentissima e per fortuna ho trovato Artemisia Lab Panigea..nell'arco di 20 minuti avevo fatto l'accettazione, eseguito l'esame ed ero fuori con il referto in mano!! Finalmente una struttura privata che si differenzia dalle altre! Ancora GRAZIE!!!
A unique structure! I needed a very urgent CT scan and luckily I found Artemisia Lab Panigea .. within 20 minutes I had checked in, performed the exam and I was out with the report in hand !! Finally a private structure that differs from the others! Thank you again!!!

They never answer the phone !! I have been trying for 2 days at different times but ..... nothing! I still haven't made it! Do I have to come in person to book ?? Noooo, I'm going to another clinic!

la mia esperienza assolutamente positiva riguarda le visite specialistiche per ortopedia, eseguite dal dott. Rendine del quale non posso che parlarne in termini entusiastici, e del reparto fisioterapia. anche qui l'accoglienza, la disponibilità' delle operatrici di sportello sono una nota molto positiva. molto positiva e' stata l'esperienza con il fisioterapista Daniele. Ragazzo molto preparato, professionale, educato e disponibile al colloquio.
Nel complesso un'esperienza molto, molto positiva.

my absolutely positive experience concerns the specialist visits for orthopedics, performed by dr. Rendine which I can only talk about in enthusiastic terms, and the physiotherapy department. here too the welcome, the availability of the counter operators are a very positive note. the experience with the physiotherapist Daniele was very positive. Very knowledgeable, professional, polite and willing to interview guy.
Overall a very, very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A differenza degli altri annunci che girano in rete loro sono veramente convenzionati con il SSN, quindi si paga solo il ticket e si ha l'esenzione non si paga niente.
Il personale è cortese, rapido e professionale.
Mi hanno dato appuntamento per due risonanze magnetiche in soli 10 giorni invece dei 4 mesi necessari per l'ospedale e mi hanno consegnato il referto in 24 ore invece che dopo 2 giorni.
Sono ben collegati anche con i mezzi, aprono presto, chiudono tardi e lavorano anche il sabato, se lavorate potete prenotare controlli da loro senza bisogno di intaccare le ferie.
Unlike the other advertisements that run on the net they are really affiliated with the SSN, so you only pay the ticket and you have the exemption you don't pay anything.
The staff are courteous, quick and professional.
They gave me an appointment for two MRI scans in just 10 days instead of the 4 months it takes for the hospital and delivered the report in 24 hours instead of 2 days.
They are also well connected with public transport, they open early, close late and also work on Saturdays, if you work you can book checks from them without having to affect your holidays.

Ho girato 20 minuti per trovare parcheggio, altri 15 minuti per fare la fila all accettazione, il medico visto che ho tardato mi ha fatto aspettare tutte le visite dopo di me. In pratica sono entrata quasi 2 ore dopo l appuntamento. Per finire in segreteria persone non preparate e maleducate. Non Andrò piu in questo centro. NON RISULTO COME CLIENTE NEL DATA BASE PERCHÉ HO ACCOMPAGNATO MIA MADRE ANZIANA. SIAMO ANDATI NEL PARCHEGGIO CONVENZIONATO MA È COMUNQUE DISTANTE. DOPO LA MIA RECENSIONE NEGATIVA INVECE DI CHIEDERE SCUSA, MI HANNO DEFINITO MESCHINA E DI BASSO LIVELLO. ECCO LA DIMOSTRAZIONE DELLA LORO PROFESSIONALITA', COMPLIMENTI VIVISSIMI. PER LA CRONACA LE PERSONE NON HANNO ALCUN INTERESSE A SCRIVERE RECENSIONI NEGATIVE , ANZI. QUINDI IMPARINO AD ACCETTARLE PER MIGLIORARE IL SERVIZIO PER NON PERDERE I CLIENTI.
Bad experience. Private visit. I drove 20 minutes to find parking, another 15 minutes to queue at the admission, the doctor since I was late made me wait for all the visits after me. Basically I went in almost 2 hours after the appointment. To end up in the secretariat unprepared and rude people. I will not go to this center again. I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER IN THE DATABASE BECAUSE I ACCOMPANIED MY ELDERLY MOTHER. WE WENT TO THE CONVENTIONED PARKING BUT IT IS STILL DISTANT. AFTER MY NEGATIVE REVIEW INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING, THEY HAVE DEFINED ME MESCHINA AND LOW LEVEL. HERE IS THE DEMONSTRATION OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, GREAT CONGRATULATIONS. FOR THE CHRONICLE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTEREST IN WRITING NEGATIVE REVIEWS, Rather. THEN LEARN TO ACCEPT THEM TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE NOT TO LOSE CUSTOMERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato una risonanza magnetica qui e ciò che trovo vergognoso è stato il comportamento del tecnico. Al di là della sua antipatia irritante ( ma ci passo sopra perché non dovevo conversarci e ho abbozzato più di una volta le sue uscite), ciò che trovo davvero grave è che ha iniziato a dare giudizi sulla risonanza appena fatta, cosa che da tecnico, non può fare. Ha asserito che non avevo nulla e non capiva come mai me l'avessero prescritta ( mettendo in dubbio il parere di un Professore, non certo di uno scappato di casa ). Peccato che, la settimana dopo, ritirato il referto, il medico avesse scritto esattamente l'opposto confermato poi dal Primario che mi segue: mandibola lussata.
Tutto questo ha coronato un atteggiamento davvero irritante e zero professionale di quella persona che si è messa pure a giocare a fare il medico. Bisognerebbe prestare più attenzione alla gente che si assume nella propria struttura.
Grazie della risposta! Mi dispiace non aver potuto registrare tutta la piacevolissima seduta per potervi far stupire ancora di più. Ma la giornata storta può capitare a tutti, infatti trovo davvero serio quello che ha fatto dopo. Sulla professionalità mi dispiace, non su può davvero ignorarne la totale mancanza.

I had an MRI done here and what I find shameful was the technician's behavior. Beyond his irritating antipathy (but I step over it because I didn't have to converse with him and I sketched his outings more than once), what I find really serious is that he has started to make judgments on the resonance just made, which as a technician, can't do. He asserted that I had nothing and did not understand why they had prescribed it to me (questioning the opinion of a Professor, certainly not of a runaway). Too bad that, the week after, having withdrawn the report, the doctor had written exactly the opposite, then confirmed by the head physician who follows me: dislocated jaw.
All this crowned a truly irritating and zero professional attitude of that person who even started playing at being a doctor. More attention should be paid to people hiring in your facility.
