A	Anna Luchetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segnalo un comportamento che ho trovato sconveniente per la clinica, alla reception una signora anziana senza mascherina maltrattata dalla suora che con irriverenza e cattiveria si è rivolta alla anziana rimproverandola e minacciandola. Noi siamo dovuti intervenire a placare la situazione in difesa della anziana, prestando soccorso e dando una mascherina. Siamo molto colpiti da una comportamento di accoglienza così sgarbato ed irriverente soprattutto verso le persone anziane ed indifese. I report a behavior that I found inconvenient for the clinic, at the reception an elderly lady without a mask mistreated by the nun who with irreverence and malice addressed the old woman scolding her and threatening her. We had to intervene to calm the situation in defense of the old woman, giving aid and giving a mask. We are very impressed by such a rude and irreverent welcoming behavior especially towards elderly and defenseless people.

In periodo Covid abbiamo dovuto fare il tampone ed abbiamo trovato una persona veramente gentile ed amorevole, ma poi alla reception c' era una persona veramente sgarbata e non è valso nulla l' età dei miei genitori o il dolore a cui erano stati chiamati ad affrontare. Si può dire tutto con gentilezza E cortesia pur facendo rispettare le regole, ma vedendo le altre recensioni mi accorgo che il punto debole della clinica è proprio la reception. Per individuare chi era di turno vi dico che sono andata il 30 dicembre alle ore 16. Ho dovuto fare un intervento oculistico ma ho trovato personale infermieristico e dottori decisamente competenti. Mi hanno fatto sentire rilassato quanto basta e a mio agio. Clinica da consigliare assolutamente. From the reception to the administration, all very kind and helpful. I had to have an eye surgery but I found nurses and doctors very competent. They made me feel relaxed enough and at ease. Clinic to be absolutely recommended.
