Le norme anti Covid sono ampliamente rispettate, misuratore della temperatura con camera termica e dispenser per le mani sono presenti oltre ai pannelli divisori al momento del pagamento. Vista l'emergenza sanitaria vi consiglierei di prenotare telefonicamente il vostro appuntamento o test. Laboratorio altamente consigliato. Personalmente la mia esperienza è stata davvero positiva: prenotazione telefonica presa con grande anticipo, personale molto gentile e disponibile sia telefonicamente che di persona. Validissimo controllo accessi per assicurare il rispetto delle procedure anti-Covid. La visita è stata effettuata con puntualità all'orario concordato. Dovrebbero curare di più il rapporto con il pubblico, perché non sempre i clienti, per accedere ai servizi, sono disposti ad avere a che fare con segretarie scontrose e scortesi. Dopo aver telefonato venerdì 15 per avere informazioni circa delle prove allergologiche che avrebbe dovuto effettuare mio figlio e chiedendo conferma se fosse stato possibile fare l'esame martedì 19, in quanto avrei dovuto prendere un permesso, mi viene detto che non è necessario prendere appuntamento e che per quel giorno non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Prendo un permesso in ufficio e, dopo 20 minuti di attesa ed aver pagato la prestazione, mi viene detto che l'esame non sarebbe stato effettuato in quanto mancava il medico specializzato. I had an appointment around lunchtime, I was even a bit late because I didn't know the place. I did the registration and right afterwards the test. The results arrived the same day via mail without any problems. I can suggest this laboratorio.
