Inoltre non mi risponde nessuno al telefono perchè non trovo gli esami sulla TIROIDE nei risultati che avevo comunque richiesto e pagato.
di conseguenza ritengo anche poco attendibili i risultati .
meglio cambiare laboratorio

They take many hours to provide the swab report and the viral load values are not even indicated, despite being a private paid service !!!

Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Daniela che ci accolto con simpatia e professionalità !
They are fast, kind and very organized, in a few hours (on Saturdays) they gave me the molecular that other laboratories work in 48 hours !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at any cost for Covid test. They don't respect the booking time. They keep you waiting for more than half an hour under the sun. They have 2 computers to do the check-in but one one person and is extremely slow. They charge you extra on top of advertised: they charge you for user creation to get the results, they charge extra for English version of the results. Summary: it couldn't be worst!!!
Edited: yes, it could be worst! I specifically asked for them to put the passport in the test result. I'm at the airport and the passport number is NOT in the pdf.
