★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho problemi di salute molto seri e tra l'altro ho il problema di non avere le vene facilmente trattabili e solo presso questo laboratorio riescono a farmi prelievi senza farmi soffrire.

Oggi regna l'arroganza della responsabile che purtroppo deve presidiare nella sala prelievo con tanto di rimproveri a GENITORI e figli. Sconvolgente. Mia figlia è rimasta scioccata dopo il primo prelievo ed ora li vivrà sempre male... Credo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miei figli hanno 20 anni ed ancora vogliono andare li a fare i prelievi ! Personale sempre gentile e professionale. Referti rapidi e precisi. Lo consiglio sopratutto a chi ha dei bimbi piccoli con i quali sono bravissimi !
My children are 20 years old and still want to go there to make the withdrawals! Staff always polite and professional. Quick and accurate reports. I recommend it especially to those with small children with whom they are very good!

Non appena mia figlia ha mostrato spavento alla vista dell'ago per il prelievo, il personale ha proceduto bloccandola senza mostrare sensibilità ed empatia e non ha voluto aspettare un po' che la bambina si calmasse. Peraltro mia moglie, l'unica ad essere entrata nella sala, è stata rimproverata poiché, a detta loro, non teneva bene bloccata la bambina.
Di sicuro non ci ritorneremo. Da un centro del genere ci si aspetterebbe un comportamento ben diverso.
Bad experience. Hasty and without patience staff. As soon as my daughter was frightened at the sight of the blood collection needle, the staff proceeded to block it without showing sensitivity and empathy and did not want to wait a while for the child to calm down. Moreover, my wife, the only one to have entered the room, was reprimanded because, according to them, she did not keep the child well locked.
We will certainly not be returning. A very different behavior would be expected from such a center.
