Avendo visto diverse case, ho avuto modo di confrontarmi con diversi professionisti di questo settore e devo dire che nessuno mai è stato così all’altezza e soprattutto così paziente da riuscire a stupirmi.
Inutile dire che, nel caso in cui dovessi rivendere o acquistare un’altro immobile, non mi rivolgerei a nessun altro.

è da circa un anno che li inseguo per un immobile commerciale in affitto.
entro in contatto con loro, con fatica riesco ad ottenere un appuntamento per visionarlo (mandano un ragazzo che sapeva poco e niente), con altrettanta fatica ottengo un incontro interlocutorio (dove mi fanno firmare un mandato per "assicurarsi la commissione in caso di chiusura del deal" tra l altro senza possibilità di negoziazione)..... poi un altra visita presso il proprietario come se stessero valutando la mia persona/attività.
Beh ad oggi ancora 0 documentazione prodotta per colpa certamente non mia.
Perditempo, scarsa professionalità o disinteresse in questo immobile.

I've been chasing them for about a year for a commercial rental property.
I get in touch with them, with difficulty I manage to get an appointment to view it (they send a guy who knew little or nothing), with just as much effort I get an interlocutory meeting (where they make me sign a mandate to "secure the commission in case of closure of the deal "among other things without the possibility of negotiation) ..... then another visit to the owner as if they were evaluating my person / business.
Well to date still 0 documentation produced certainly not my fault.
Time wasters, lack of professionalism or lack of interest in this property.
