A center to report this morning at 8 am I accompany my elderly husband x analysis with cold 7 degrees and off the road there were 4 people in line in front of the door a scandalous thing and so difficult to organize x appointment never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questa struttura questa mattina per un prelievo, personale all'accoglienza gentilissimo, la signora mi ha risolto un problema facendomi risparmiare tanto tempo. La dottoressa che effettua i prelievi è stata bravissima.
I was at this facility this morning for a pick-up, very kind reception staff, the lady solved a problem by saving me a lot of time. The doctor who take the samples was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e disponibile, molto bravi nell'effettuazione delle analisi. E' possibile fare da loro qualsiasi genere di analisi. Due pecche: manca la possibilità per il ritiro del referto online, locali da rinnovare.
Friendly and helpful staff, very good in carrying out the analyzes. Any kind of analysis can be done by them. Two flaws: there is no possibility to collect the report online, premises to be renewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saranno anche bravi nel loro lavoro (tutto da verificare) ma certamente il modo arrogante e maleducato con cui sono stato accolto da una dipendente che non mi ha permesso di svolgere l'esame programmato per un errore del loro servizio prenotazioni ....non è all'altezza della struttura .
aiutare un cliente soprattutto quando si è in torto è un dovere !
They will also be good at their job (all to be verified) but certainly the arrogant and rude way in which I was greeted by an employee who did not allow me to take the exam scheduled for an error in their booking service .... it is not at the height of the structure.
helping a customer especially when wrong is a duty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. In tempo di covid mi aspettavo snellezza e cortesia, invece il personale è scortese e le persone sono ammassate nell'androne e per strada. È stato vergognoso vedere anziani in piedi sul marciapiede in attesa di entrare in un laboratorio di analisi che in un periodo del genere non effettua prenotazioni.
Bad experience. In times of covid I expected slenderness and courtesy, instead the staff is rude and people are crowded in the hall and on the street. It was shameful to see elderly people standing on the sidewalk waiting to enter an analytical laboratory that does not make reservations at this time.
