Quando siamo arrivati la signorina ci dice che non riesce ad accedere al portale dell'assicurazione perchè non hanno richiesto le credenziali, quindi non può fare nulla se non chiamarci il lunedì mattina e farci sapere quando sarà possibile tornare per fare le analisi...nessuna telefonata ci è arrivata. Se non rispondono al telefono, consiglio di mandare una mail, rispondono molto velocemente!!
