★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa per esami e prelievi lunghissimi. Personale poco cortese e situazione che è andata peggiorando nel tempo. Per alcuni esami si arriva a 20/25 giorni per avere il referto.
Long waiting times for examinations and samples. Unfriendly staff and a situation that has worsened over time. For some exams it takes 20/25 days to get the report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotano PCR di sabato dicendo che danno i risultati entro 4 ore (dopo hanno cambiato entro 6 ore). Obviamente il risultato non e' stato inviato e la persona che ha fatto il test non ha potuto volare. Da evitare perche non sono seri. Non hanno nessuna buona volonta pur sapendo che ti fanno perdere tempo e soldi.
They book PCR on Saturday saying they give results within 4 hours (after they changed within 6 hours). Obviously the result was not sent and the person who took the test could not fly. To be avoided because they are not serious. They have no good will even though they know they are wasting your time and money.
