Quando, sulla base di una urgenza segnalata dal medico, ho chiesto di poter avere i risultati in giornata, mi hanno risposto che non era possibile. Secondo il medico invece si tratta di un esame che può essere fatto in un paio d'ore. Il mattino stesso alle 9:30 mi sono quindi recata presso il labAurelia, a due passi da questo: risultato due ore dopo inviatomi tramite il sito web. I costi: 25€ l'esame di base presso il lab inghirami; 15€ presso il labaurelia, con sovrapprezzo di 10 per l'urgenza del risultato. Mi hanno fatto subito l'accettazione e ho pagato, e ho fatto il prelievo 2 minuti dopo. Il prelievo è stato indolore e delicato e non mi ha lasciato segni. Sono entrata alle 8:40 e sono uscita alle 8:52. Ci ho messo 12 minuti in tutto. Non mi era mai capitato. Veloci, puliti, professionali e anche economici! Nel laboratorio Vallebona di Largo Millesimo dove andavo prima, mi chiedevano 25 euro solo per azotemia e creatinina. Qui ho speso 14 euro e ho fatto azotemia, creatinina e anche prolattina. Devo aggiungere altro? Andrò sempre qui. Consigliatissimo. I went to this laboratory by making an appointment the day before. Ma, impossibile parlare al telefono, non rispondondo mai. ci sono riuscitra 1 volta in una settimana. Neanche la risposta per mail avviene in tempi ragionevoli. ho avuto un referto parziale ( puntuale) ed il referto completo, atteso per il 31 non mi è stato inviato ed è stato inutile tentare il contatto telefonico e per mail . Mi hanno rovinato il capodanno ed inviato il referto questa mattina solo perchè sono riuscita a chiederlo telefonicamente. Inoltre esami che dovrebbero che erano convenzionati li ho dovuti pagare come se non lo fossero. It is absolutely not up to the other Artemisia centers. I had a partial report (on time) and the complete report, expected for the 31st, was not sent to me and it was useless to try to contact by phone and by mail. They ruined my New Year and sent the report this morning just because I was able to ask for it by phone. In addition, exams that should have been affiliated I had to pay them as if they weren't.
