 Expired and smelly meat and sausage. My kids and I were sick for 3 days in bed.

Horrible place, meat that stinks, badly treat employees, and they are all grumpy and rude !!!! They will never have a euro from me again !!! I don't let my son eat bad meat !!!! Not to mention the fish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata sabato al nuovo Iperbon di castel romano. Molta confusione..e va bene ..ho comprato vongole veraci e cozze spagnole (le uniche sul banco) oltre a della frittura mista di pesce. Scrivo questo perche' ho una rabbia dalla porcheria che mi hanno venduto. Le cozze, (specifico che sono pugliese d.o.c..e le cozze per me e' elemento di consueto) aperte a crudo (era mia intenzione uno spaghetto alle cozze, noi, le apriamo prima..)avevano un tanfo come di letame di vacca (''). Ho sorvolato pensando che erano le malcapitate che si trovano casualmente in un pacco da chilo. Ho cambiato idea e, le ho volute fare aperte sul fuoco ,alla marinara. Aripuzzavano a triplo di sterco di vacca.. in poche parole un gentil profumo di cacca.!!!!!! le ho dovute gettare....!!!!!!!.tra gli imprechi a Iper bon e la volonta' di sbattergliele in faccia... mi bruciava... ma poi non valeva la spesa per il costo carburante.! Domenica propongo uno spaghetto alle vongole acquistate da iperbon). anche queste bidone,..piene di sabbia finissima, eppure le ho tenute sotto un rigolo di acqua corrente per quasi 4 ore.....da colica renale. non parliamo della frittura, stessa spiaggia,... stessa delusione !!!! Iperbon, diceva il caro Lino Banfi, "mi si frecaet na volt e non me frick kiu'. "!!

I was at the new Iperbon of Castel Romano on Saturday. Much confusion..and okay .. I bought real clams and Spanish mussels (the only ones on the counter) in addition to mixed fried fish. I write this because I have a rage from the trash they sold me. The mussels, (specific that I am Pugliese doc. And the mussels for me is the usual element) open raw (it was my intention a spaghetti with mussels, we, we open them first ..) had a stink like cow manure ( ''). I flew over thinking that it was the unfortunates who happened to find themselves in a kilo package. I changed my mind and, I wanted to make them open on the fire, the sailor. Aripuzzavano triple cow dung .. in a nutshell a gentle perfume of poop. !!!!!! I had to throw .... !!!!!!!. between the curses in Iper bon and the desire to slam them in the face ... it burned me ... but then it was not worth the expense for the fuel cost.! On Sunday I propose a spaghetti with clams purchased from iperbon). also these bin, full of very fine sand, yet I kept them under a stream of running water for almost 4 hours ..... from renal colic. we are not talking about frying, the same beach, ... same disappointment !!!! Iperbon, dear Lino Banfi used to say, "I frecaet na volt and not me frick kiu '." !!
