Appena entrato una signora abbastanza sgarbata,visto che sono disposto a pagare, mi ha esortato ad attendere nel salotto leggermente pacchiano di cui lo studio è dotato, questo è un mio giudizio personale, dopo venti minuti niente, nessuno. Studio vuoto , lo posso assicurare perché ho seguito la ragazza che dentro la stanza aperta ha sistemato tutte le cose che dovevano essere sistemate. Sono andato dal receptionist che candidamente mi ha detto che neanche mi aveva visto Certo un dipendente che neanche vede i clienti, ricordo paganti, non è molto educato, anche perché la sala d attesa e a pochi centimetri non metri. Scusate sarò polemico ma non sopporto questi atteggiamenti da ventenne, purtroppo peso cento kg e non è proprio così difficile vedermi. Ovviamente la signora che era alla reception mai più vista. Ma se ci fosse stata mia madre che è molto più educata di me sarebbe rimasta lì ore per sentirsi dire che loro non fanno il tampone e se mi ero prenotato su internet. Io? Su internet? Sottolineo la grande professionalità del dottor Sentinelli e delle sue collaboratrici,tutti estremamente attenti ad ascoltarmi e consigliarmi il meglio. È impossibile contattarli telefonicamente, non rispondono (parte una fastidiosa registrazione che tiene il cliente in attesa fino a spazientirlo e costringerlo a riattaccare). Vi sconsiglio fortemente questo laboratorio d'analisi anche per la scortesia dei dipendenti e se mai decideste di andare fate attenzione ai vostri dati sensibili perché nonostante compiliate un foglio con tutto quel che serve il tizio alla cassa ve li richiederà a voce (email, numero di telefono, indirizzo di domicilio).
