Ho fatto un ciclo di infiltrazioni ecoguidate con il dottor De Bac e tutto sta andando per il meglio, il dolore è passato da subito il gonfiore è quasi del tutto sparito. Mai tanta gentilezza e soprattutto professionalità, partendo dalla Receptionist al Tecnico che mi ha fatto la Risonanza Magnetica e "Dulcis in fundo" il Dott. Sergio De Bac Radiologo, il quale si è dedicato a darmi tutte le spiegazioni del referto con serenità e grande competenza. CONSIGLIATISSIMO. PARONI STERBINI, I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THE DOCTOR WAS REALLY VERY PROFESSIONAL, I DID NOT FEEL ADISAGIO BECAUSE IT WAS WELCOMING. PRAISE MY JUDGMENT.
L	Lidia Germani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho effettuato una risonanza magnetica in urgenza giovedì, venerdì mattina il referto era pronto, ma il link fornitomi per scaricare il referto non riconosceva la password inviatami. Nonostante le telefonate per ribadire l'urgenza e la mail inviata alle 13 con un documento per avere il referto via mail (come richiestomi la mattina) , il referto mi è arrivato alle 15,30 (era finito nello spam e ho potuto vederlo solo alle 18), grazie alla cortesia dell'operatrice pomeridiana, che si è fatta carico della superficialità della gestione mattutina (credo dovuta anche al fatto che ormai il centro è sovraccarico di lavoro e non può coprire tutto con una sola persona di segreteria). Ho dovuto disdire il volo...ma per fortuna non ci sono fratture. I had an emergency MRI scan on Thursday, Friday morning the report was ready, but the link provided to download the report did not recognize the password sent to me. Despite the phone calls to reiterate the urgency and the email sent at 1pm with a document to have the report via email (as requested in the morning), the report arrived at 3.30pm (it ended up in spam and I could only see it at 18), thanks to the courtesy of the afternoon operator, who took charge of the superficiality of the morning management (I think also due to the fact that the center is now overloaded with work and cannot cover everything with a single secretarial person). I had to cancel my flight ... but luckily there are no fractures.
