Comoda inoltre, la nuova piattaforma che consente sia a noi pazienti, sia ai medici, di visualizzare le immagini ed i referti anche dal cellulare. Struttura consigliata!!! I made a TC Cone Beam from them. Welcoming environment, very kind and prepared staff and rather fast service. Also convenient is the new platform that allows both us patients and doctors to view images and reports even from a mobile phone. Recommended structure !!!

Dopo 10 minuti in piedi ad aspettare il mio turno per l'accettazione chiedo quanto c'è da attendere: almeno 30 minuti. Sono scappato. I arrive at the time of the appointment taken by telephone (headquarters in Ostia) and I find the receptionist panicking at the computer (not even opening the door to people who want to enter) and a fair crowd of people waiting. After 10 minutes standing and waiting for my turn to accept I ask how long to wait: at least 30 minutes. I ran away.

Avendo una reale urgenza, ho chiesto se fosse possibile che mi fossero fornite le immagini della TC separatamente dal referto. Sfortunatamente mi è stato risposto che anche senza referto e pur volendo fare uno sforzo avrei comunque avuto le immagini non prima del giorno successivo. Ho fortunatamente risolto presso altro centro romano. Ho poi dovuto constatare una politica di prezzo di Radmedica estremamente opinabile (230€ per lo stesso esame che alla fine sono riuscito a fare a 120€), ed una gestione del CRM opinabile. Personalmente non lo consiglio. I tried to fix a CT on the center of Rome. Having a real urgency, I asked if it was possible that I had received the CT images separately from the report. Unfortunately I was told that even without a report and even if I wanted to make an effort, I would still have had the images not earlier than the following day. Fortunately I settled at another Roman center. I then had to find an extremely questionable pricing policy by Radmedica (€ 230 for the same exam that I was finally able to do at € 120), and a questionable CRM management. I personally don't recommend it.

Sono un medico e per refertare un ortopanoramica ci vogliono 5-10 minuti, l'attesa prevista è 48 ore. Nel mio caso nonostante il sollecito e le loro assicurazioni non hanno refertato neanche in 72 ore e ormai si andrà a Lunedì. Pensavo meglio. I have not had a good experience, excessive waiting for reporting. I am a doctor and to report an orthopanoramic it takes 5-10 minutes, the expected wait is 48 hours. In my case, despite the reminder and their insurance, they did not report even in 72 hours and by now we will go to Monday. I thought better.
F	Fede Fede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per una cone beam. Sicuramente molto professionali, ambiente curato, attenzione alle norme covid , puntuali. Ho notato solo molta freddezza nei confronti dei pazienti: la signora all accettazione non ha nemmeno accennato un sorriso. Ne all entrata ne all uscita. Va bene la competenza, ma poiché le persone che vanno li sicuramente non si divertono, un po di gentilezza e calore in più a mio avviso non sarebbe stato male. I went for a cone beam. Certainly very professional, well-kept environment, attention to covid rules, punctual. I only noticed a lot of coldness towards the patients: the lady at the admission did not even hint at a smile. Neither at the entrance nor at the exit. Competence is fine, but since the people who go there definitely aren't having fun, a little extra kindness and warmth in my opinion wouldn't have been bad.

Dopo avermi fatto cadere dall’alto un appuntamento per questa mattina alle 11.30 -perché era tutto pieno (!)- prendo un giorno di ferie per arrivare dall’altra parte della città ritardo 30 minuti entro e mi sento dire che il tecnico è appena andato via !: “Beh ha aspettato mezz’ora!” Ma non vi viene in mente che può accadere un ritardo ?? E non potete fare voi una telefonata prima di andarvene (!) per accertarvi se il paziente -che paga 120 euro per una full endorale - non sta lì sotto cercando parcheggio ? Resto basita! Scandalous! After dropping me an appointment for this morning at 11.30 - because it was all full (!) - I take a day off to get to the other side of the city I delayed 30 minutes by and I am told that the technician has just gone away!: "Well he waited half an hour!" But doesn't it occur to you that a delay can happen? And can't you make a phone call before leaving (!) To make sure if the patient - who pays 120 euros for a full intraoral - isn't looking for a parking space? I am thrilled!

Sottolineo anche una particolare attenzione nel rispetto delle norme anticovid in particolare in momenti di maggiore affluenza nell'utilizzare le sale d'attesa sui due piani per non creare assembramento..grazie ancora a tutto lo Staff! I can only thank for the courtesy of the staff at the reception and for the professionalism as well as empathy of the Dr. who performed my two ultrasound scans today. I also underline a particular attention in the respect of the anticovid norms in particular in moments of greater affluence in using the waiting rooms on the two floors in order not to create crowds .. thanks again to all the Staff!
