★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Il proprietario molto scortese e sembra farti un favore se accetta un pacco. Chiude il computer 15 minuti prima dell'orario di chiusura ufficiale e se devi ritirare un pacco è un problema. Mi ha praticamente sgridato che sono venuto prima della chiusura. Nonostante sia il punto più vicino a casa mia, cerco di evitarlo e uso altri punti UPS. Consiglio un po' di gentilezza e sorriso.
 Bad service. The owner very rude and seems to be doing you a favor if he accepts a package. It closes the computer 15 minutes before the official closing time and if you have to collect a package it is a problem. He basically yelled at me that I came before closing. Despite being the closest point to my home, I try to avoid it and use other UPS points. I recommend a little kindness and a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice adequate office. I bring them declined orders from different internet shops who send the order with UPS (Puma, Adidas, Timberland – I am a fan of shoes ?). Idk if they still don't accept the boxes from Zalando, because in December 2019 when I was doing the refund of my order, on their website was written to bring it to Poste and absolutely no mentions about this office. (Any way Poste office is like 7 mins of walking)
I am writing this just to "low down" the meaning of previous old comments. Because in 2020 they are out of date.
Too tired to write the same in Italian, I'm sure Google Translate will do it for me.
