Un collega mi ha consigliato questo poliambulatorio e devo dire che sono rimasto semplicemente sorpreso. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti, il personale disponibile e socievole ma la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la professionalità dei dottori. Parlando con la ragazza alla reception ho scoperto che offrono una refertazione pressochè immediata per quasi tutte le visite specialistiche offerte dall'ambulatorio (a parte qualche caso forse un po' più complicato) e così è stato, ho avuto i risultati del mio esame immediatamente. Per quanto riguarda i costi siamo in linea con altri ambulatori ma con un servizio professionale e celere da invidiare. Consigliato. Choosing a medical center to rely on is never a simple thing, especially in a large city like Rome. A colleague recommended this clinic to me and I must say that I was simply surprised. The rooms are welcoming, the staff available and sociable but the thing that I appreciated most is the professionalism of the doctors. Talking to the girl at the reception, I discovered that they offer an almost immediate report for almost all the specialist visits offered by the clinic (apart from a few cases perhaps a little more complicated) and so it was, I had the results of my examination immediately. As for the costs, we are in line with other clinics but with a professional and expeditious service to be envied. Recommended.

Ho chiesto di anticipare l'orario di una prestazione per altro impegno e mi è stato risposto che non era assolutamente possibile perché gli appuntamenti erano stati confermati dagli altri pazienti. Dopo aver spostato il mio impegno mi hanno richiamata per anticipare la mia prestazione per loro esigenze interne. In quel caso il posto è stato magicamente trovato. Sconsiglio vivamente! I asked to bring forward the time of a service due to another commitment and I was told that it was absolutely not possible because the appointments had been confirmed by the other patients. After moving my commitment, they called me back to anticipate my performance for their internal needs. In that case the place was magically found. I strongly advise against! Daniela

Prezzo ottimo personale estremamente gentile, appuntamento puntuale, esamj accurati e minuziosi con specialista decisamente preparata . Appuntamento spostato di 1 giorno senza preavviso,arrivati per l orario concordato con una spiegazione stupida ci informano che il mostro appuntamento era per il giorno dopo e che siamo stati chiamati per informarci che dovevamo presentarci il giorno dopo.Non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna chiamata .Pessima esperienza Torno in un'altra struttura Qualificata.Inefficenti. Unqualified personnel are arrogant in their welcome. Appointment postponed by 1 day without notice, arrived for the agreed time with a stupid explanation they inform us that the monster appointment was for the next day and that we were called to inform us that we had to show up the next day.We have not received any calls. I go back to another Qualified facility.

Ho effettuato una Ecografia TVS, la ginecologa è gentile e disponibile, e mi è piaciuta la sua professionalità e l'approccio. ? In seguito ho fatto una Ecografia Pelvica, l'ha eseguita un'ecografista, e sinceramente non mi è piacito...??, per questo metto 3 stelle. La procedura è stata fatta nel giro di, si e no, 5 min, il che mi ha lasciato cmq dei dubbi sul risultato. Il comportamento è apparso sbrigativo, superficiale e poco professionale, motivo per cui per procedure simili non tornero. Il giorno dopo sono andata in un'altro poliambulatorio non lontano per sentire un'altro parere, che aveva il medesimo prezzo. Li non ho detto della precedente esperienza. L'esame è stato fatto in modo approfondito, professionale, e NON sbrigativo, di conseguenza anche il referto era più competente e rassicurante. The welcome is helpful and courteous, the lady at the reception is kindness in person ???. The place is neat and clean. I had a TVS ultrasound, the gynecologist is kind and helpful, and I liked her professionalism and approach. ? Then I did a Pelvic Ultrasound, an ultrasound did it, and I honestly didn't like it ... ??, that's why I put 3 stars. The procedure was done in, yes and no, 5 minutes, which left me with doubts about the result. The behavior appeared hasty, superficial and unprofessional, which is why I will not return for similar procedures. The next day I went to another clinic not far away to hear another opinion, which had the same price. I did not tell them about the previous experience. The examination was done in a thorough, professional, and NOT hasty way, consequently also the report was more competent and reassuring.

Medici preparatissimi, cortesi e non frettolosi nelle visite e spiegazioni. Il personale dell'accettazione è altrettanto molto cortese e disponibile. I prezzi inoltre sono molto competitivi, ma non penalizzano assolutamente la qualità. Consiglio assolutamente questo studio medico. Ho appena avuto un confronto "acceso" con la segreteria del Poliambulatorio Athena poiché questo è il terzo appuntamento preso con il centro non andato a buon fine per una visita medica agonistica di mia figlia. Il punto non è perché non sia andato a buon fine.... Mi assumo la responsabilità di aver erroneamente prenotato, in quest'ultimo appuntamento, una spirometria ma la stessa comunque mi è stata disdetta il giorno prima via SMS senza darmi delucidazioni. Alla mia cortese richiesta telefonica di chiarimenti di stamane, la segreteria era in totale confusione, per nulla collaborativa, molto arrogante nel cercare di spiegarmi cose non mirate alla risoluzione dell'inconviente ma al vostro modo di acquisire e gestire le prenotazioni che ho personalmente definito disorganizzato e caotico. A onor del vero affermo che la segreteria mi ha richiamato, speravo per comunicarmi di aver risolto l'inconveniente.... era solo per dire che l'errore era stato il mio nel prenotare quel tipo di esame! FORSE se prima di darmi disdetta ci fosse stato un tipo di comunicazione diversa non sarei qui ad esternare l'accaduto! Concludo che sono veramente desolata e rammaricata, ma è fondamentamentale rapportarsi agli utenti in modo propositivo e soprattutto garbato. CON ARROGANZA della segretaria vengo informata che sono stata contattata è che l'appuntamento era stato spostato ,per una mammografia ed ecografia mammaria ,in due diverse giornate.Ma voi veramente pensate che le persone ha tempo da perdere? Questo mi fa capire che torno al Medisenter dove professionalità e gentilezza non vengono a mancare mai .
