Il giorno del prelievo ho richiesto in segreteria la possibilità di avere almeno la Creatinina in tempi più brevi dei 4 GG. lavorativi per una tac con contrasto. Risposta: no, impossibile ogni sollecito, avrà il referto il 21/7 la sera. Sposto l'appuntamento della tac prevista per il 21/7 mattina. Oggi, 20/7 faccio altro prelievo in altro laboratorio, compresa Creatinina, senza chiedere urgenza. Sorpresa: nel pomeriggio ricevo online referto completo delle analisi, praticamente in 6 ore. Ho sempre trovato gentilezza e cortesia e i referti pronti nei tempi previsti e quando ho chiesto la cortesia di avere un esame nel più breve tempo possibile sono stata soddisfatta. Ormai mi fido solo di loro e non andrei da nessun'altra parte. In questi tempi di pandemia seguono tutte le regole e le rispettano e noi possiamo solo che aiutarli a mantenere il giusto contegno. Essendo io un soggetto a rischio la mattina il prelievo lo faccio a domicilio e dopo 4 giorni lavorativi passo nel pomeriggio a ritirare i miei referti. PERFETTO!
