Tt gentili cordiali dalla centralinista agli infermieri alle casse alle dottoressa.Di questo periodo non e facile per nessuno vivere in queste condizioni ma ottimo bravi a tutti e buon lavoro Excellent I sent emails at 9 in the morning at 11 they contacted me giving me an appointment after 10 days for a visit. G	Giuseppe Licari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro ormai allo sbando, assolutamente inaffidabile, dopo aver abbandonato a se stessi i propri assistiti per 3 mesi, adesso, se provate a contattarli vi risponde un disco con informazioni false. Dice che riaprono il 4 giugno ma, se sei fortunato e hai continuato l'ascolto subito dopo scopri che invece aprono il 15 giugno (due messaggi uno dietro l'altro con informazioni diverse, sic!) e oggi, 15 giugno, sono al centro ma un ragazzo gentilissimo ti dice che se vuoi prenotare devi telefonare o mandare una mail, allora torni in macchina e telefoni ma non ti rispondono c'è sempre il disco con il solito messaggio "ti faremo sapere quando riapriremo... " come se fossero un centro estetico. Torni indietro, e lo fai presente e qual'è la risposta? Non è colpa nostra è Fastweb che deve cancellare il messaggio.!!! Certo la colpa è sempre di qualcun'altro. Provo a richiamare dopo due ore non c'è più il disco... squilla...squilla... squilla ma non sperate che vi risponda qualcuno. Alla faccia della correttezza deontologica. Mi dispiace per quei dottori veramente bravi che ci lavorano e che non meritano assolutamente una organizzazione raffazzonata e data in mano a gente senza scrupoli. Vogliamo parlare del personale della reception? Uno più educato dell'altro e sempre disponibili con i pazienti . Poi mi ha colpito uno di loro un ragazzo alto e senza capelli mi pare si chiami Emiliano, quando c'è lui ed entri li sembra di entrare in un oasi di pace perché lui trasmette molta positività. L	Luigi Gobbato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro funziona bene. Tutte le visite necessarie vengono erogate in tempi utili. Le attese sono brevi e le norme anti covid scrupolosamente rispettate. Personale medico e paramedico disponibile e competente. Unica pecca la comunicazione. L' unico canale funzionante è via e-mail, dove effettivamente le risposte arrivano rapide e puntuali. Purtroppo il centro è irraggiungibile telefonicamente, in quanto neppure negli orari di ricevimento telefonico si ha una risposta. Questa pecca è costata due stelle, altrimenti avrei tranquillamente dato un cinque stelle. Tutto sommato funziona bene e garantisce le cure. The center works well. Sabato prima di Pasqua han chiuso senza indicare nulla nella registrazione telefonica anzi la voce parlava di un solo operatore disponibile e di attendere. Dopo 20’ ho chiuso. Mi son redato e c’era un foglio che diceva vacanza. Ehm scusate. Chiuso. Shame. Un'ora a perdere tempo tra una trafila e laltra per 10 minuti di presunta visita. A che servono questi controlli? Che mia suocera era migliorata con le cure date dalla diabetologa a pagamento(perché visite diabetiche urgenti è praticamente impossibile farle se non pagando altrove) lo avevamo capito da soli senza buttare due ore di tempo Follow-up visit without practically any visit. Just a quick glance at the blood glucose diary with lots of greetings and best wishes .. An hour of wasting time between one die and another for 10 minutes of alleged visit. What are these checks for? That my mother-in-law had improved with the care given by the paid diabetologist (because urgent diabetic visits are practically impossible to do without paying elsewhere) we had understood by ourselves without wasting two hours of time
