Professionale, puntuale, pronto a spiegare ogni cosa con calma e tranquillità, mi ha davvero messo a mio agio. Mi ha visitato presso la Casa di Cura San Domenico a Roma dove è circondato da una equipe formidabile. In particolare la dott.ssa Ferrazza che grazie alla sua calma e professionalità riesce a rendere semplice anche un esame difficile come quello del campo visivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Casa di cura è molto accogliente. Una nota particolare per il bravissimo Dott. Francesco Oddone, oculista attento, sensibile, professionale, accurato, sempre pronto ad ascoltare. Ha salvato la vista a mio marito, anni fa, diagnosticandogli la retinoschisi e aiutandolo a trovare le cure più adeguate. Gli saremo sempre grati per questo. La professionalità è corredata da una grande sensibilità. Mia figlia doveva mettere il suo primo paio di occhiali, non voleva saperne, ha saputo trovare i toni e le parole giuste. E' davvero un bravissimo dottore. grazie di cuore!

He saved my husband's eyes years ago by diagnosing his retinoschisis and helping him find the most appropriate treatments. We will always be grateful for this. Professionalism is accompanied by great sensitivity. My daughter had to put on her first pair of glasses, she didn't want to know, she knew how to find the right tones and words. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una visita con uno specialista circa una settimana fa. Io abito a 300 km di distanza ho dovuto lasciare il lavoro e affrontare le spese di viaggio. Sono arrivato ed era chiuso ho chiamato e mi ha risposto una segretaria mi ha detto da casa e con tono infastidito mi ha detto che avevano provato a chiamare; si forse avevano provato ma non l'hanno fatto perchè avevano 2 numeri. E stata una totale mancanza di rispetto!
I booked a visit with a specialist about a week ago. I live 300 km away and had to leave my job and face travel expenses. I arrived and it was closed I called and I was answered by a secretary who told me from home and in an annoyed tone told me that they had tried to call; yes maybe they had tried but they didn't because they had 2 numbers. It was a total lack of respect!

Ho deciso di portargli anche i miei figli di 8 e 13 anni per una visita di controllo e la mia mamma che deve fare l'operazione della cataratta. Consigliatissimo!
I found myself very well. Dr Oddone was recommended to me by a dear friend and visited me at the San Domenico clinic. Punctual, kind and very good. I also decided to bring my 8 and 13 year old children for a check-up visit and my mom who has to do the cataract operation. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto in dubbio la professionalità e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff ma dovrebbero fare più attenzione alle convenzioni che hanno con i siti per prenotare online.
Ho prenotato una visita tramite Idoctors e quando sono arrivata mi hanno detto che il professore non c'era. Si sono giustificati dicendo che a loro non era arrivata nessuna comunicazione perché i giorni precedenti erano stati chiusi. Dovrebbe essere compito loro non dare la disponibilità sul sito per il primo giorno di riapertura se non sono in grado di rispettarla.
La clinica vuole mostrarsi al passo con la tecnologia ma facendo rischiare viaggi a vuoto ai pazienti perde di credibilità.
I do not doubt the professionalism and kindness of all the staff but they should pay more attention to the agreements they have with the sites to book online.
I booked a visit through Idoctors and when I arrived they told me the professor was not there. They justified themselves by saying that no communication had reached them because the previous days had been closed. It should be up to them not to give availability on the site for the first day of reopening if they are unable to respect it.
The clinic wants to show itself in step with technology but by making patients risk empty trips it loses credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mia figlia a visita in questa struttura organizzata benissimo, pulita e all' avanguardia. Ho trovato personale disponibile, educato e soprattutto competente. A fine visita il Dottore si è dimostrato molto comprensivo indirizzandomi verso una struttura pubblica per poter effettuare altri esami sempre da lui supervisionati.
Struttura vivamente consigliata!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver effettuato un viaggio in aereo solo per poter eseguire un esame specialistico (angio OCT) nella clinica S. Domenico - come prescritto durante visita oculistica il mese scorso - senza essere stata in alcun modo avvertita sono stata sottoposta a esame differente (OCT classico) nonostante fossi già in possesso di questo esame, avendolo eseguito nel mese di gennaio. Ritengo gravissimo e poco professionale aver scoperto solo a posteriori, in fase di ritiro referto, che l'esame eseguito non fosse quello per cui avevo prenotato e per il quale avevo fatto viaggio apposito. Per correttezza, ho comunque pagato il trattamento, ma ritengo che sia una grave violazione dei miei diritti come paziente non avermi né avvertito del guasto del macchinario per l'esame angio OCT, né chiesto il consenso informato per eseguire altro esame.

Domenico clinic - as prescribed during an eye examination last month - without having been warned in any way, I was subjected to a different examination (classic OCT) although I already had this exam, having performed it in January. I consider it very serious and unprofessional to have discovered only afterwards, during the report collection phase, that the exam performed was not the one for which I had booked and for which I had made a special trip. In fairness, I still paid for the treatment, but I believe it is a serious violation of my rights as a patient not to have warned me about the failure of the OCT angio examination machine, or asked for informed consent to perform another examination.
