m	maria piscitelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al contrario di altri sono stata fortunata a beccare un'impiegata allo sportello gentile e cortese, non posso dire la stessa cosa del vigilante che la mattina faceva entrare le persone.Maleducato e arrogante, rispondeva male specialmente alle persone anziane e criticava il lavoro dei colleghi. Per sua fortuna non ha risposto male a me, altrimenti se ne sarebbe pentito amaramente! G	Gianluca Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una follia.. non provate minimamente a fare del sano e innocuo autoironismo riguardo le vostre urine con una tipa piùttosto stordita bassa bionda e con gli occhiali che appunto è addetta a prelevarle dall'apposito contenitore.. (sola ed unica cosa che sicuramente le riesce bene..) se gli gira male rischiate che ve le fa ingoiare con tutto il contenitore.. per non parlare delle vene di entrambe le braccia trivellate più e più volte per poter prelevare del sangue.. si è dovuta fare aiutare da una collega se no neanche ci riusciva.. dunque.. maleducazione scortesia e incapacità.. complimenti ? selezionateli meglio i raccomandati.. gente simile giusto in italia può essere impiegata all'interno di una struttura pubblica.. che vergogna. Molto gentile sin. di sorveglianza mi appena informato che chiusura del ASL per publico è 17:10. Semplice domanda che vorrei fare, perche vi piace scherzare da gente(magari qualcuno uscito prima da lavoro, oppure persona con difficoltà motoria)SCRIVETE UNA VOLTA orari giusti di apertura! Attendo con ansia l'esito del tampone, per avere il nome del cane (sono meglio i cani che lei) che ieri ha trattato malissimo mia figlia e me.... durante il molecolare. Non fisce qui, ma sconsiglio vivamente questa usl anche per il servizio Drive. A star????? It is too much. I've never seen so much incompetence all at once. I look forward to the result of the swab, to get the name of the dog (dogs are better than you) that yesterday treated my daughter and me very badly .... during the molecular. It doesn't work here, but I strongly advise against this usl also for the Drive service.
J	Jessica Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina 15 aprile 2022 ho fatto le analisi nella cabina 3 dove c’era una donna bionda in camice bianco sdraiata sulla sedia delle analisi a parlare al telefono con la mascherina abbassata. Mi fa cenno di sedermi senza smettere di parlare al telefono. Mi pulisce il braccio con il cotone asciutto SENZA alcol e senza guanti mi tocca proprio dove inserisce l’ago, non riesce e sfila e infila l’ago varie volte finché mi dice di cambiare braccio. Il tutto mentre era al telefono e con la mascherina abbassata!! Le ho dovuto chiedere di disinfettarmi. Allucinante la mancanza di rispetto e professionalità. A questo punto volevo alzarmi e andarmene ma ero sotto shock. Io spero solo che non mi abbia attaccato niente. Sono in paranoia totale. All while he was on the phone and with the mask down! I had to ask her to disinfect me. Hallucinating the lack of respect and professionalism. At this point I wanted to get up and leave but I was in shock. I just hope nothing attacked me. I'm in total paranoia.

Ho ricevuto da LORO 3 telefonate 2 per indagini covid, al cui dicevo di non aver ancora ricevuto referti (dopo 4 giorni) ma non poteva aiutarmi.... Al quinto giorno ricevo chiamata dicendo di mandare referti.... Sono ad una settimana dal tampone e non ho ricevuto nulla. Sarò stata sfortunata... Ma pure loro incompetenti... I have not received an answer to about 3 emails, no number in my possession has ever been answered. I received from THEM 3 phone calls 2 for covid investigations, to which I said I had not yet received reports (after 4 days) but he could not help me .... On the fifth day I get a call saying to send reports .... I'm one week away from the swab and I have not received anything. I may have been unlucky ... But they too incompetent ...

Sono 2 giorni che provo a contattarli insistentemente, risultato: alzano la cornetta ed invece di rispondere attaccano il telefono. Sprecando più tempo ad attaccare che quello reale che ci vorrebbe per rispondere alle informazioni. Dovrebbero essere i primi ad evitare assembramenti per cose futili ed invece ti obbligano ad andare in sede per non rispondere un secondo al telefono...voglia di lavorare saltami addosso proprio...vergognosi. Io ho risolto il problema contattando il numero verde dell'Asl, ovvero: 800.938861 Spero di poter essere d aiuto a qualcuno? I gave 1 star because I can't put 0 but they wouldn't deserve that either. I have been trying to contact them insistently for 2 days, result: they pick up the handset and instead of answering they hang up the phone. Wasting more time attacking than the actual time it would take to respond to information. They should be the first to avoid gatherings for futile things and instead force you to go to the office so as not to answer the phone for a second ... want to work jump on me ... shameful.
