★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Il dottore che mi ha visitato non ha fatto altro che utilizzare un linguaggio tecnico che un non-medico non ha modo di capire. Non contento, più glielo facevo notare e più aumentavano i termini medici complicatissimi. Ho sbagliato io a non impuntarmi e rimanere lì finché non avessi capito tutto.
 Bad experience! The doctor who examined me did nothing but use technical language that a non-doctor has no way of understanding. Not happy, the more I pointed this out to him, the more complicated medical terms increased. I was wrong not to stick and stay there until I understood everything.

Questa mattina alle 8 ho fatto un tampone molecolare con l'assicurazione che avrei avuto la risposta in serata: ho fatto tre telefonate per avere informazioni: risultato: tre supercazzole: eh, ci vuole tempo...è in lavorazione...richiami piu' tardi...Sono le 22.20: nessuna traccia del referto (per me era essenziale averlo in serata per programmare il lavoro dell'intera settimana: averlo domattina sarà completamente inutile).Senza parole...(oppure vogliamo trovarle le parole?Dilettanti? Incompetenti? Azzeccagarbugli da strapazzo?)

This morning at 8 I made a molecular swab with the assurance that I would have the answer in the evening: I made three phone calls to get information: result: three supercazzole: eh, it takes time ... it is being worked on ... call back more 'late ... It's 10.20 pm: no trace of the report (for me it was essential to have it in the evening to plan the work of the whole week: having it in the morning will be completely useless) Without words ... (or do we want to find the words? ? Incompetent?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tampone molecolare PCR per prendere un volo intercontinentale fatto il 31 dicembre mattina, con referto in inglese. Risultati in ritardo per (ovviamente) traffico enorme sulle piattaforme del greenpass ministeriale.
Nonostante i giorni di vacanze e quindi uffici chiusi, hanno risposto alle email prontamente, risolvendo i problemi con grande attenzione al cliente. Davvero mai vista una simile cura del cliente, per giunta in un periodo di vacanza così complesso per i centri analisi. Bravissimi!!!!!
Molecular PCR swab to take an intercontinental flight made on December 31st morning, with report in English. Late results for (obviously) huge traffic on ministerial greenpass platforms.
Despite the days of holidays and therefore closed offices, they responded to emails promptly, solving problems with great attention to the customer. Really never seen such customer care, in addition to such a complex holiday period for the analysis centers. Very good !!!!!
