I professionisti che avevano qualche anno fa sono ormai solo un ricordo lontano Peccato... Ero un po' scettica per via delle recensioni ma posso dire di esserne rimasta soddisfatta. Personale gentilissimo, mai trovato prima, sono rimasta stupita anche dall'approccio che hanno con gli anziani, è raro trovare gentilezza, disponibilità e cordialità in posti così. Consigliato!! I used to do blood tests in another facility but having insurance I had to choose a conventioned one. I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but I can say I was satisfied with it. Very kind staff, never found before, I was also amazed by the approach they have with the elderly, it is rare to find kindness, availability and friendliness in places like this. Recommended!!

Non capisco le recensioni negative, probabilmente son persone che non riescono ad accontentarsi nemmeno dinanzi a un servizio così completo! I had a blood draw at this facility and I have to say they were as kind as they were effective, helpful and quick in the results. I do not understand the negative reviews, they are probably people who cannot be satisfied even in front of such a complete service!

La persona in accettazione è gentile e disponibile e l'operatrice per i prelievi davvero brava, è la prima volta in tanti anni che dopo il prelievo non torno a casa con un ematoma. Little waiting in line and reports sent via email in a short time. Nothing to complain. The person being admitted is kind and helpful and the sampling operator is really good, it is the first time in many years that after the sampling I have not returned home with a hematoma.

La ragazza mi aveva detto che i risultati sarebbero arrivati on line in giornata... praticamente sono ancora che aspetto i risultati dal 29 novembre 2021, un quanto devono rifare il mio test per sicurezza!! Sono andato in un altro centro più SERIO e dopo 5 ore era già on line!!! Adesso ho speso pure 32 euro da voi per il mio prelievo.. vi rendete conto?? Un test importantissimo per me! Vi consiglio uno migliore a piazza Ragusa! Lasciate perdere sto centro I went to make a very urgent withdrawal.
