m	manuela viola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro ma pessima esperienza per prenotazioni visite o altro,NON SONO MAI REPERIBILI e NON RISPONDONO MAI AL TELEFONO!!Forse non sono al corrente che il Cup non prende le prenotazioni delle seconde visite e visite di controllo,così come alcune prenotazioni presso il Poliambulatorio.Non si mettono proprio dalla parte degli ammalati che vivono fuori zona o che non hanno a disposizione sempre un mezzo che li scarrozzi ed è vergognoso pretendano che per spostare una visita i pazienti lo debbano fare solo e direttamente al Poliambulatorio e pure in periodo Covid!! È grazie a questa mentalità che vive in molti posti e nella testa di molta gente che l'Italia è messa male.Vergognoso è altresì che proprio chi lavora lì trovi giustificazioni a tali mancanze e dica pure che è colpa dei pazienti e si autovaluti per tutto ciò alla stessa stregua di chi offre un ottimo servizio!! Però bisogna dire che chi l'impegno di chi lavora compensa in parte i disagi derivanti dalle carenze strutturali. Molto simpatiche e dalla battuta pronta le signore addette ai prelievi. Last but not least: bisogna dire che le analisi sono affidabili. As a NHS outpatient clinic can comment on .... the resources available are what they are, there is no need to deepen. N	Nigra 23 LOL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in attività privata quindi non so se il trattamento sia lo stesso in convenzione con il sistema sanitario nazionale,comunque appuntamento alle 10.20 esame effettuato alle 10.50 dopo sollecito...l'esame è durato 2 minuti.La fila prima di entrare,il foglio per autodichiarazione con penna ma senza un disinfettante per le mani,ma comunque per risanare il tutto ci vorranno 10 anni. Facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici, fermata del bus 777 che ferma proprio davanti all'entrata, preso alla metropolitana palasport . Poca fila ed attesa. Al ritorno pochi metri alla uscita altra fermata con ulteriori mezzi quali 778 e 787. Very clean and organized place. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent also in compliance with the covid provisions. Easily reachable also by public transport, bus 777 stop which stops right in front of the entrance, taken at the Palasport subway. Few queues and waiting. On the way back a few meters at the exit another stop with further means such as 778 and 787.
F	Federico Gionne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivato questa mattina per eseguire un esame DTC....ho fatto 40 km per arrivare e appena arriva il mio turno al CUP la signora mi dice che da un mese non eseguono più questo tipo di esame....io ho prenotato quasi 6 mesi prima....non sono stato chiamato per la disdetta ne dal Cup ne dalla Asl....morale della favola esame non fatto arrabbiatura e una scortesia da parte degli operatori... l'unica persona dispiaciuta e imbarazzata per l'accaduto il Professore....che dire MAI PIÙ....
