★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per vaccinazione bambini (1+) occorre salire le scale dietro il cancello accanto alla Posta su via Balbiani! Servizio soddisfacente, personale professionale e disponibile. Comunque da quando siamo sotto COVID tutte le ASL funzionano molto meglio..

Si credono di essere chissà chi è ti fanno tornare 20 volte per una pratica..ah e se non c'è nessuno bisogna prendere il numero e aspettare i loro comodi poi forse ti ascoltano ...se ne hanno voglia...si sa mai che sudino...professionali pari allo 0...un po' di vitamina C gli servirebbe a ste signore...e non parlo di quella dentro le arance...
Bad experience to say the least.
They think they are who knows who it is they make you come back 20 times for a practice .. ah and if there is no one you have to take the number and wait for their comfort then maybe they listen to you ... if they feel like it ... you know never sweat ... professional equal to 0 ... a little vitamin C would serve them to these ladies ... and I'm not talking about that inside the oranges ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto mettere 1 stella ma manco quella meritano, non rispondono mai al telefono é da venerdì che chiamo e ad oggi nessuna risposta. Sono da denuncia!!!
I had to put 1 star but they deserve that one, they never answer the phone and I have been calling since Friday and to date no answer. They are from complaint !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sono veramente senza parole!! Ho chiamato minimo 20 volte per prenotare una visita con la ginecologa e rispondo e attaccano in due secondi!! Veramente disgustoso!! Hanno un orario di prenotazione dalle 12:00 alle 13:00 e nemmeno in questo orario minuscolo si degnano di rispondere e almeno dire se possono o meno prenotare!! Il bello è che mi risponde sempre un ragazzo dalla voce in sottofondo e non si degna di fare il proprio lavoro! Capisco che sei un dipendente pubblico ma questa è totalmente mancanza di rispetto!! Vergognoso! Se potete andate da un’altra parte!!
I am truly speechless !! I called at least 20 times to book a visit with the gynecologist and I answer and they attack in two seconds !! Really disgusting !! They have a booking time from 12:00 to 13:00 and not even in this tiny time do they deign to answer and at least say if they can book or not !! The beauty is that a guy with a voice in the background always answers me and doesn't deign to do his job! I understand that you are a civil servant but this is totally disrespectful !! Shameful! If you can, go somewhere else !!

Vado in via della tenuta di torrenova per cambiare il medico di base, niente da fare..sono dovuta andare a via Cambellotti per forza, devo dire che in pochi minuti ho risolto. Invece in via della tenuta di Torrenova si può fare richiesta di esenzioni da patologia. Mi domando.. perché non fare tutto un'unica struttura?
They don't answer the phone. I go to via della estate in torrenova to change the general practitioner, nothing to do .. I had to go to via Cambellotti by force, I must say that in a few minutes I solved. On the other hand, in via della Tenuta di Torrenova you can apply for exemptions from pathology. I wonder .. why not make everything one structure?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really slow! Omg i go there at 9 and i have got number 68,so i asked everyone what money should i pay, everyone told me nothing to pay. After an our of waiting i finally go to the counter with my number and they sent me back to post italiane for payment. They just waste ur time as much as possible and find one reason not to do their job
