★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compri un prodotto di telefonia si rompe e torni da loro x mandarlo in assistenza e loro ti rispondono che non fanno assistenza ma che solo possono vendere i prodotti. No comment sconsigliatissimo andate da Roma est che vi trattano bene e sono onesti
 You buy a phone product that breaks down and you go back to them to send it for assistance and they reply that they do not provide assistance but that they can only sell the products. No comment discouraged you go to east Rome who treat you well and are honest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto come regalo a natale una macchinetta taglia capelli ,il giorno 31 dicembre ho provato ad utilizzarla,ma mi sono accorto che non funzionava bene,oggi giorno 03/01 sono passato per sostituirla,ma mi è stato risposto che i cambi si potevano effettuare fino al 31 dicembre!
Miserevoli e deprimenti,a mai più!
I received a hair cutting machine as a gift for Christmas, on 31 December I tried to use it, but I realized that it didn't work well, today 03/01 I went to replace it, but I was told that the changes could be made until December 31st!
Miserable and depressing, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina entro per comprare una tv, ma esco senza essere riuscito nemmeno a parlare con l'addetto. La cosa incredibile è che nel negozio c'erano solo 2 clienti... e uno ero io.
This morning I go in to buy a TV, but I go out without even being able to speak to the clerk. The amazing thing is that there were only 2 customers in the shop ... and one was me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per comprare una tv troppe problematiche:
1) il modello che desideri acquistare tramite promo Non c'è in esposizione perché sono nuovi "modelli" e devono ancora "arrivare" fosse 1 solo ok, ma tutti quelli in promo caso strano nemmeno uno in negozio e ti mostrano altri dicendo che sono uguali sisi... (e vanno ordinati solamente) lasciando un acconto in cassa con tempistiche lunghe e creando disagi.
2) per acquistare il prodotto e usufruire della rottamazione tv (qui chiedono) un foglio che mostri se paghi canon o no , mentre da "altre" parti vi basta solo cod fiscale, doc e intestatario della bolletta.
3) avete perso un cliente e un futuro guadagno per le prime 2 str***te , ottimo così! a mai più.
to buy a TV too many problems:
1) the model you want to buy through the promo There is not on display because they are new "models" and have yet to "arrive" were 1 only ok, but all those in the promo strange case not even one in the store and they show you others saying that they are equal sisi ... (and must be ordered only) leaving a deposit in the cashier with long times and creating inconvenience.
2) to buy the product and take advantage of the TV scrapping (here they ask) a sheet showing whether you pay the canon or not, while from "other" parts you just need tax code, doc and bill holder.
3) you have lost a customer and a future income for the first 2 str *** you, great that way! to never again.
