★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio non professionale!!! Sto cercando di contattate il negozio telefonicamente da settimane in diversi orari del giorno e non rispondono mai! Ho lasciato un oggetto in garanzia perché rotto e dopo più di 3 settimane non ne ho notizia e diciamo che il negozio non mi è poi cosi vicino da andare spesso.. ma poi 3 settimane per una sostituzione???? Mai più
 Unprofessional shop !!! I've been trying to contact the shop by phone for weeks at different times of the day and they never answer! I left an item under warranty because it was broken and after more than 3 weeks I have no news and let's say that the shop is not so close to me that I go often .. but then 3 weeks for a replacement ???? Never again

Like all Mediaworlds, nothing exceptional. I went in to get an idea of the offer concerning notebooks, but obviously buying from them is absolutely not convenient and the choice of products is almost non-existent

Nice, they had what I was looking for but one makes a purchase of 600eu and they are not able to give you a bag like other people, they give me in a bag more fragile than a Cup. Let's see people if my purchase falls through your bag who do I claim my purchase of 600eu?

Non avevo lo scontrino e tramite l'applicazione non compariva l'acquisto fatto nel2019. Mi sono rivolto al personale d'accoglienza ( sig.ina Laura A.) che con professionalità e competenza tramite la data ha provveduto a rintracciare la polizza .
Ottimo punto vendita sono stato ben consigliato nell'acquisto e ben assistito anche a distanza di tempo .

Il personale con cui abbiamo interagito (da quello dei settori, ai cassieri, agli addetti del ritiro merci) si sono rivelati tutti molto gentili e sorridenti (cosa ormai sempre più rara)
Staff very helpful and kind, they helped us with the purchase of some products on offer and advised in a not urgent but professional way. The staff with whom we interacted (from that of the sectors, to the cashiers, to the employees of the goods collection) were all very kind and smiling (which is now increasingly rare)

Anche i prezzi sono molto accessibili...ho fatto colazione in un bar e sono stato accolto con molta gentilezza e professionalità. insomma ne vale la pensa farci un giretto...
