Ho un problema con l'impianto da tre settimane, programmo con loro un primo appuntamento di giovedì mattina scorso, prendendomi mezza giornata di ferie, e mezz'ora prima mi viene disdetto telefonicamente poiché "il tecnico è malato". Bene; lo riprogrammiamo oggi alle 9,00 come PRIMO APPUNTAMENTO, riprendo mezza giornata di ferie e alle 9,43 non vedendo ancora nessuno, chiamo io Comilazio Mi rispondono dopo aver contattato il loro tecnico che lui sta male ma non gli è partito il msg per avvisarli... Queste scuse puerili nemmeno alle elementari si usavano Professionalità ZERO e cmq ieri mi era arrivato un SMS di conferma di Sky sull'appuntamento. Cosa che stranamente non era arrivata il giorno prima dello scorso appuntamento TOTALLY UNFAVORABLE! Sono andata per la restituzione degli apparati SKY una prima volta ed, in base alla mail che mi era arrivata da SKY service, mi hanno confermato la prima data utile per la riconsegna, ma, recata i presso lo store in quella data proprio per effettuarla, hanno affermato che doveva passare un altro mese, interpretando ciò che era scritto sulla mail in modo del tutto arbitrario.
