Una disorganizzazione assurda dove dovrebbe esserci almeno il rispetto del cittadino che chiede delle informazioni, servizio sanitario pessimo. Aggiungo, per le analisi cliniche presentarsi almeno 10 minuti prima per non dover attendere il proprio turno dopo aver prenotato. I am writing only as a testimony of a place that in my opinion should be improved given the attitude of the CUP counter operators. An absurd disorganization where there should at least be respect for the citizen who asks for information, bad health service. I would add, for clinical analyzes, show up at least 10 minutes before so as not to have to wait for your turn after booking.

Mi ha servito allo sportello una Sig.ra con i capelli tinti biondi, le unghie rifatte lilla ed una collanina con un sole nero. È stata di una cattiveria unica! Si è permessa di fare una battuta sulla mia situazione familiare. VERGOGNATEVI Just today I went to book a "home" service for my mother. A lady with dyed blond hair, lilac nails and a necklace with a black sun served me at the counter. It was a unique wickedness! She took the liberty of making a joke about my family situation. Pagare il ticket alle casse al piano terra e poi salire al terzo piano. Peccato che alcuni esami vengono fatti solo in determinati giorni e non c'è nessuna informazione in merito tramite prenotazione cup. Quindi si rischia di andare lì a digiuno per niente ed essere rimandati indietro. Prelievi effettuati in maniera sbrigativa e poco delicata. Sono rientrata a casa con due lividi e una vena rotta. Allo sportello si è imbattuta in una ragazza su di peso molto ignorante e maleducata che gli ha detto che non si poteva pagare in anticipo e gli ha anche detto di andare da un altra parte a pagare senza dare spiegazioni. PS È LA SECONDA VOLTA CHE CI CAPITA LEI E NON CONCLUDIAMO NULLA Yesterday afternoon at about 3.30 pm I was in this Cup to accompany my mother who wanted to pay for visits that would have to follow days. Mi chiedo se tutte queste lamentele che sto leggendo di persone che hanno avuto stessa esperienza non vengano lette dalla Regione Lazio dipartimento della sanità. Inviterei il nostro caro Governatore a provare lui può darsi che ha più fortuna o mandare qualcuno ad accettarsi di persona. M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco qui da anni vivendo nel quartiere, non capisco le recensioni negative. Sono tutti cortesi disponibili, ma cosa più importante efficenti!La struttura é nuova e pulita. Tutta questa gente che si lamenta che se pagano (visto che sono per la maggior parte falsi esenti), pagano un ticket che va dai 15€ a max 80€. Ho fatto un piccolo intervento chirurgico compreso di medicazioni, elettrocardiogramma e analisi 36€!!! Cercate di intasare meno le file, pagando online e azionate il cervello! Vi metterei tutto a pagamento come in molti paesi e poi si che non vi lamentate più:) I have been going here for years living in the neighborhood, I don't understand the negative reviews. I had a small surgery including dressings, electrocardiogram and analysis 36 € !!! Try to clog your queues less by paying online and working your brain! I would pay you everything like in many countries and then you don't complain anymore :)
