 I went to ask for information for a problem I had, and they responded with courtesy, trying to help me. Even if I didn't solve it, I found availability.

Continuano a non consegnarmi a mano le raccomandate ma mi lasciano l'avviso nella cassetta della posta, nonostante siamo a casa, e obbligandomi cosi ad andare all'ufficio postale per il ritiro. Inoltre, il numero di telefono fornito non squilla neanche.

They still do not hand over the registered letters to me but leave the notice in the mailbox, although we are at home, and thus obliging me to go to the post office for collection. In addition, the phone number provided does not ring either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo hanno il telefono perennemente staccato, lasciano avvisi di cortesia per raccomandate e non passano più a fare la consegna veramente pessimi siamo nel 2021!!!!
Absurd they have the phone perpetually off the hook, they leave courtesy notices for registered mail and they no longer go to make the delivery really bad we are in 2021 !!!!

Una vergogna altro che nazione prospera ed efficiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspettiamo una raccomandata importantissima di lavoro che è lì da 10 giorni, e ancora non è stata neanche presa in carico secondo il tracking!!! Il telefono è perennemente staccato ed essendo a Milano non possiamo andare di persona. COME POSSO CONTATTARVI??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non tutti i lavoratori sono persone svogliate, dovrebbe essere un posto giusto per raccomandate ed altro, però posto squallido(non voglio offendere ed altro, non trovo altri termini da usare)dove si lavora molto male, si perdono le raccomandate e lettere, i postini mettono le lettere nelle cassette altrui(purtroppo mi è capitato) ci feci il seguimi e mi dissero che stavo dicendo bugie,quando chiami i carabinieri e feci un esposto nei loro confronti , dimostrato il vero , da 3 anni caso strano non si sbagliano più
Not all workers are lazy people, it should be a right place for registered letters and more, but a shabby place (I don't want to offend and more, I can't find other terms to use) where you work very badly, you lose registered mail and letters, postmen they put the letters in other people's mailboxes (unfortunately it happened to me) I followed me and they told me that I was telling lies, when you call the police and I made a complaint against them, proved the truth, for 3 years strange case they have not been wrong anymore
