A	Alexander Pascali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto ad anni precedenti questo ufficio postale è decisamente peggiorato sono un amministratore di condominio da anni ho i conti radicati qui fino a due anni fa con la precedente direttrice e personale in sala consulenza qualificato riuscivo ad avere nei tempi lavorativi un esito positivo nelle pratiche ora con la direttrice nuova decisamente poco competente e istruita nel settore e con ragazzi inesperti in sala consulenza sono mesi ch per un cambio firma non si riesce a concludere la pratica e se chiami non sanno darti spiegazioni. Sarò costretto a portare i conti in banca e mi dispiace, spero che poste italiane legga le recensioni e cambi il direttore. Esemplificativa ultima esperienza: biglietto n. 119 sportello (su due per bollettini) fermo al 117 da più di 2 ore (!?!?), passano solo prenotati... chi è in fila non si inserisce nemmeno ogni 3... 4.... o 5 dei prenotati. Lasciate questo ufficio postale.... riescono a gestire solo i prenotati! Among the 15 and more post offices frequented several times in Rome this is the worst. I prenotati insieme ai non prenotati, che secondo gli addetti agli sportelli non devono prendere neanche il numero e non si capisce perché. Se qualcuno di loro leggesse l'elenco delle recensioni vedrebbe che sono tutte ad una stella, e magari qualche domanda (con annessa risposta) se la farebbe. Spero non siano tutti come lei, ma da quanto vedo nelle altre recensioni penso proprio che siano delle caratteristiche comuni a tutti i dipendenti di questo ufficio postale. Se potete evitate di andarci... Anche se così prenderanno lo stipendio senza lavorare. Forse è proprio questo il loro scopo!
