Una volta preso il numeretto non puoi uscire dall'ufficio postale in quanto non ti fanno rientrare anche se è arrivato il tuo turno. Sicuramente il peggiore che abbia mai visitato Terrible. Slow and unhelpful staff! Once you have taken the number you cannot leave the post office as they do not let you return even if it is your turn. Definitely the worst I've ever visited

Fanno attendere le ore intere anche persone anziane senza farle entrare, o fanno entrare solo chi ha la prenotazione con l’app, lasciando fuori principalmente anziani increduli e stanchi. Personale veramente poco cordiale e disponibile e che non comprende nè risolve neanche i problemi più semplici. EVITATELO COME LA PESTE. After years and years of returning there hopefully, they are reconfirmed as the most useless and terrible post office in all of Rome, perhaps. They make even elderly people wait for hours without letting them in, or they only let those who have a reservation with the app in, leaving out mainly incredulous and tired elderly. Really unfriendly and helpful staff who do not understand or solve even the simplest problems. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Dopo più di 45 minuti di fila fuori l'ufficio al momento di entrare la responsabile mi ha letteralmente cacciato senza neanche aprirmi le porte dicendo che alle 19.05 l'ufficio chiude e nn può far entrare nessuno. Per rispetto ed educazione si esce fuori almeno qualche minuto prima e si fa presente della chiusura. Questo è il modo civile di comportarsi senza CACCIARE NESSUNO e lasciando fuori le persone. PURTROPPO la mia posta a volte mi viene recapitata lì, ma se fosse per preferirei chiudesse e licenziasse gli ma soprattutto LE INCOMPETENTI E CAFONE! Giorno dopo sono andato in un altro ufficio postale e mi hanno fatto stesso lavoro e diceva come possibile, come ti hanno detto non si po fare. Ho tanti altri amici che vanno a questo ufficio postale per vari servizi, e Risposta unica già pronta ( NON SI PO FARE QUESTA COSA ). Persone anziane, bambini e ammalati non possono stare tutto questo tempo fuori. 7 sportelli di cui solo 2 operativi, alternanti 3. Se si può entrare solo su prenotazione scrivetelo altrimenti non potete trattarci in modo così poco dignitoso. Sensa contare che sono stata costretta a venire da voi per ritirare una raccomandata di cui lasciato l'avviso quando eravamo a casa. Siete imbarazzanti. Bad situation.
