Ci sono andato più di una volta e non mai trovato gli stessi infermieri.servizio informazione non molto chiaro .se chiedi l amministrazione ti rispondono vada alla palazzina dei frati come se uno avesse fatto il frate e lo sa. Dopo avere pagato alle casse ed essere salito al primo piano, l'infermiera mi ha informato che il macchinario era guasto e che non ero stato informato perchè non ero in elenco!!! Mi è stato fissato un nuovo appuntamento tra due settimane, al momento l'importo pagato non mi è stato restituito e non ho ricevuto nessuna scusa. Ho perso un'ora e mezza della mia vita per niente e anche i soldi del parcheggio, possibile che nel 2019 non si riesca ad essere avvisati che non è possibile effettuare un esame medico, causa macchinario guasto??? Capisco che siamo ad Agosto ma proprio non lavora nessuno? Dato che è una emergenza a chi dovrei rivolgermi??? Mi sono recata in questa struttura perché la mia Asl di fiducia non eseguiva un esame di routine in gravidanza e quindi mi hanno consigliato di venire qui. Beh, ai medici non ci sono neppure arrivata perché è stata talmente grande la maleducazione di un addetto allo sportello CUP che mi sono rifiutata anche di effettuare quest’esame. Non c’era fila, ero solo io, e dopo di me è entrato un signore, non ho preso il bigliettino con il numero appunto perché ero da sola. Appena lo sportellista ha chiamato, mi sono avvicinata per chiedere informazioni riguardo all’esame che dovevo fare e mi ha detto che dovevo per forza prendere il numero per essere chiamata. Gli ho fatto notare con educazione il mio stato interessante per sentirmi rispondere che dovevo far passare il signore dopo di me perché lui aveva il numeretto. Non è possibile che in strutture sanitarie ci sia gente così scorbutica, frustrata e maleducata. Non dovete lavorare con il pubblico se siete così cafoni. Inoltre non ho superato nessuno (nonostante il mio stato di gravidanza lo preveda anche al supermercato). Sicuramente se fossi stata accompagnata dal mio compagno non sarebbe accaduto, e questo mi fa molto più arrabbiare. Perciò STRASCONSIGLIO questa struttura ( non per i medici ovviamente che non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere) e CONSIGLIO una revisione del personale!!!! Saluti BLOODCURDLING WELCOME !!!! I went in this hotel because my local health trust did not perform a routine during pregnancy and then advised me to come here. Well, doctors are not even arrived because it was so great the rudeness of an employee at the CUP desk that I even refused to carry out this examination. There was no queue, it was just me, and after me came a gentleman, I did not take the business card number precisely because I was alone. When the teller called, I approached to ask questions about the examination I had to do and he told me that I should necessarily take the number to be called. I pointed with my education was interesting to hear, that I had to pass the ladies after me because he had the ticket system. It is possible that in healthcare there are people so grumpy, frustrated and rude. Do not you have to work with the public if you are so peasants. I also have not passed anyone (despite my status so also provides the supermarket pregnancy). Surely if I was accompanied by my partner it would not have happened, and that makes me more angry. Short of staff...short of everything But still goes on doing never ending services...cannot complain of the Medical Health System...its a boon and does more good than its organised or structured for...3 cheers
