Per il pagamento del ticket c'erano parecchie persone in attesa agli sportelli e anche senza controllo per il distanziamento. Quindi servizio scadente I went to this ASL for an otolaryngology visit and I was not satisfied, the doctor was very superficial and hasty. For the payment of the ticket there were several people waiting at the counters and also without control for the distancing. So poor service

Sono risalita, rifatta la fila x sentirmi dire che dovrò ritornare altro giorno. Per un errore dell'impiegata devo perdere altra giornata di lavoro. I went for exemption, I realized that the expiration date coincided with today's date x which the validity was from today to today. I went back up, re-queued to be told that I will have to come back another day. For a mistake by the employee I have to lose another day of work.
A	Alessia B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fare il cambio del Medico di Medicina Generale - MMG - si è costretti a mettersi in fila fuori all'aperto, senza alcun riparo, alle 8,30 per prendere i numeri alle 12,50 e accedere all'ufficio preposto dalle 13,00..... Dovrebbe funzionare il servizio via mail.... ma SE rispondono lo fanno solo dopo 13 giorni per dire che il medico scelto non ha posto..... Non ci sono parole! Io sono stata malata dal 10 al 26 genn e sono ancora senza MMG nonostante ho chiesto il cambio via mail il 5.01.2022. To change the General Practitioner - GP - one is forced to line up outside, without any shelter, at 8.30 to get the numbers at 12.50 and access the office in charge from 13.00 ..... The e-mail service should work .... but IF they reply, they do it only after 13 days to say that the chosen doctor has no place ..... There are no words! I was sick from 10 to 26 Jan and I am still without GP despite having requested the change via email on 5.01.2022.

Dottori, assistenti ed infermieri completamente arroganti, maleducati, irrispettosi e come qualcuno ha già scritto si permettono di trattare i pazienti come persone ignorati. Per non parlare del servizio prenotazioni, disponibile esclusivamente per via telefonica, nessuna possibilità di prenotare in sede, ed ovviamente al centralino nessuna risposta. Consiglio vivamente di pensarci 10 volte prima di recarvi in questa sede. Non meriterebbero assolutamente neanche una stella. Bad experience. I never write reviews but in this case it is due. Vaccination department without any tact and respect for patients. Completely arrogant, rude, disrespectful and as some have already written doctors, assistants and nurses allow themselves to treat patients as ignored people. Not to mention the reservations service, available exclusively by telephone, no possibility to book on site, and obviously no answer at the switchboard. I highly recommend that you think about it 10 times before going here. They absolutely do not deserve even a star.
