P	Paolo simone cesario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da tempo che sono cliente della Farmacia,sui solari per esempio fa delle promozione spettacolari,mio malgrado pero' devo mettere una stella per via dei tamponi rapidi, nonostante il prezzo sia più basso della media purtroppo e' stato il tampone piu' doloroso sella mia vita!A 41 anni da poco compiuti sono riuscito a piangere di dolore!(stesso trattamento e' stato riservato alla mia fidanzata in altra giornata,mi aveva avvisato ma ho voluto provare( ed ho fatto male) Il tampone viene introdotto in grande profondita' e peraltro in tutte e due le narici! per chi come me e' costretto a frequenti tamponi sconsiglio vivamente questa farmacia!Ho Rappresentato l'accaduto alla responsabile che si e' giustificata asserendo che purtroppo gli hanno cambiato il modello di tampone (credo sia 5 volte più spesso del normale) e che gli infermieri sono tutti qualificati e lavorano presso un noto nosocomio di Roma) I have been a customer of the Pharmacy for some time, for example on solar products it makes spectacular promotions, despite myself, however, I have to put a star on it because of the quick tampons, although the price is lower than the average, unfortunately it was the most painful tampon I was able to cry in pain at 41 years old! Oltre al fatto che la farmacia è molto grande con vasta scelta di prodotti anche non medicinali. Organizzazione pessima, se si potesse dare meno di una stella lo farei, ma sono obbligata a darne una per scrivere questa recensione. Sono una cliente che ormai è diventata ex vista la poca serietà dei dipendenti, ho ordinato più volte dei prodotti senza glutine e al momento del ritiro erano già stati venduti a qualcun altro perché messi sugli scaffali. Ultimamente ho ordinato un antiparassitario per il mio gatto e quando sono andata a ritirarlo non me lo hanno venduto perché volevano la ricetta veterinaria, mai richiesta precedentemente o negli ultimi 2 anni, da quando per legge serve a quanto pare. Al momento dell’ordine il cliente dovrebbe essere avvisato delle condizioni di vendita, non considerando che le persone non hanno tempo da perdere.Pazienza, hanno perso un’ottima cliente, che acquistava prodotti senza glutine e per neonato.
