Se potessi darei 0 stelle. Esperienza condivisa con gli utenti che come me, per varie motivazioni, oggi, hanno usufruito dei servizi elargiti dall'ASL. Recatami già la mattina, sul sito indica le 9 orario di apertura, alle 10 avevano già finito i numeretti. Quindi buco nell'acqua. Torno alle 12. Circa 50 persone all'aperto, per fortuna non è piovuto, a litigare e discutere per rispettare una fila immaginaria. Nessuno che si è preoccupato di offrire qualche sedia in più, ce ne erano 5sotto un tendone, per 50persone, in attesa per più di 2 ore. Assembramenti al limite dell'indecenza e parliamo di una struttura sanitaria pubblica che dovrebbe tutelare e salvaguardare la salute pubblica. Una vergogna, soprattutto per chi meno giovane di me, ha dovuto con pazienza aspettare troppo. Una nota positiva và all'uomo, al dipendente addetto a gestire l'utenza, che malgrado la difficoltà, è stato eccezionale nella comunicazione. Insomma per iscriversi con il medico di base, sono stata dalle 10 fino alle 14:30. Possiamo dire che funziona??? Purtroppo posso solo consigliare, di arrivare esattamente alle 9.
