a	antonio pellegrino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitate il sabato mattina, soprattutto il reparto salumeria, alcuni salumieri(uomini) non hanno tatto con i clienti, ricordate che state li grazie a noi. Parola d'ordine gentilezza e passione in quello che si fa. Dica solo a tutto il personale di avere tatto e gentilezza con i clienti, la prossima esperienza negativa , evitero' il vostro Supermercato. Avoid Saturday mornings, especially the delicatessen department, some butchers (men) are not tactful with customers, remember that you are there thanks to us. The watchword is kindness and passion in what you do. Just tell all staff to be tactful and kind to customers, the next bad experience, I will avoid your Supermarket.

Non ho chiamato i Carabinieri perché non avevo tempo ma sono da denunciare. mi avvicino al banco salumeria e dopo 20 minuti di fila ho chiesto un prodotto in offerta da €5 l'addetta mi ha dato un prodotto da €15. Mi sono avviato verso il banco delle casse quando mi sono accorto dell'errore sono tornato indietro e ho lasciato il pacchetto nel frigorifero davanti alla salumeria insieme agli altri affettati. Torno alle casse pago altre cose che avevo preso le metto nella mia borsa frigo. All'uscita vengo fermato da un signore poco lucido che sostiene che ho rubato dei salumi ,mi mette le mani addosso e cerca se avevo addosso qualcosa e fruga nella borsa frigo invitandomi a tornare indietro gli spiego che ho lasciato il pacchetto nel frigorifero interno ma lui non ci crede e mi rimette le mani addosso cercando di spingermi dentro il punto vendita. Io gli spiego cosa è accaduto e lo invito a fare bene il tuo lavoro .A parte l'errore della commessa che ha sbagliato prodotto e può succedere, mi ha dato un prodotto diverso da quello che ho chiesto L'addetto alla sicurezza è stato ignorante e incompetente perché se ha visto che ho comprato il prodotto avrebbe dovuto vedere anche che ho poggiato in frigorifero il prodotto così che qualcuno potesse volendo acquistarlo senza fare mezz'ora di fila.difficilmente ci tornerò . capisco volere risparmiare sul costo del lavoro ma una buona opportunità di miglioramento e' fare la formazione ai dipendenti .e non tratrare male i clienti. I was on Saturday I had a bad experience. around 12:30 I had gone for an offer. I did not call the Carabinieri because I did not have time but they are to be reported. I approach the delicatessen counter and after 20 minutes in a row I asked for a € 5 product on offer, the clerk gave me a € 15 product. I went to the checkout counter when I realized the mistake, I went back and left the package in the refrigerator in front of the grocery along with the other cold cuts. I go back to the till, pay for other things that I had taken and put them in my cooler bag. At the exit I am stopped by a not very lucid man who claims that I have stolen some cured meats, he puts his hands on me and looks for if I was wearing something and rummages in the fridge bag inviting me to go back I explain to him that I left the package in the internal refrigerator but he he doesn't believe it and puts his hands on me again trying to push me into the store. I explain to him what happened and invite him to do your job well. Apart from the mistake of the contract that made the wrong product and it can happen, he gave me a different product than the one I asked for The security officer was ignorant and incompetent because if he saw that I bought the product he should also have seen that I placed the product in the refrigerator so that someone could want to buy it without doing half an hour in a row. I understand wanting to save on labor costs but a good opportunity for improvement is to train employees. and not to treat customers badly.
