β β β β β Negativa al massimo. Un'ora e mezza per pagare che ci ah fatto arrivare in ritardo alla visita. Medico infuriato perchΓ© accade tutti i giorni e ci ha trattato malissimo

β β β β β Solo 2 persone al cup, di cui una sola lavorava, l'altra ogni tanto spariva e quando tornava faceva i cavoli suoi. Maleducata e pure altezzosa. Mentre fuori al freddo attendevano tante persone al piΓΉ anziane. Vergognoso. La tizia era quella della cassa 2. Comunque il tutto Γ¨ organizzato malissimo

β β β β β Disorganizzazione totale ,esempio di sanitΓ pubblica che potrebbe andare bene ma Γ¨ lasciata allo sbando senza un dirigente che controlli il lavoro di tutto l organismo della Asl come dovrebbe essere.
Di fronte all entrata del cup nemmeno uno scivolo per disabili(solo questo sarebbe da denuncia).
In caso di poca deambulazione bisogna fare quasi 50 MT di ballatoio laterale che sfocia su la strada interna carrabile,nemmeno un posto disabilli vicino l'entrata.
Se uno non fosse costretto per necessitΓ‘ o immediatezza nel fare determinate analisi o visite sarebbe da fare chiudere.
Non c'Γ¨ nemmeno una prioritΓ per disabili(sancita nel codice civile,ma lasciamo stare) allo sportello del cup e la maleducazione di una delle due operatrici ,quasi irritante ,nel rivolgersi a delle persone anziane e palesemente disorientate da tanta burocrazia era vergognoso...ma ripeto nessun dirigente a controllare ,nessuno che gliene importasse qualcosa.
Io capisco che deve essere snervante lavorare tutto il gg con persone che alle volte ascoltano poco come gli anziani,ma io che lavoro nel privato avessi questo atteggiamento sarei giΓ stato licenziato.
Unica nota positiva il tecnico che ha eseguito l esame era molto gentile e comprensivo.

I understand that it must be nerve-wracking to work all day with people who sometimes listen as little as the elderly, but I who work privately had this attitude would have already been fired.
The only positive note, the technician who performed the exam was very polite and understanding.
