M	Marco Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella per il fatto che mia madre è uscita, una stella per l'ottima educatrice Debora. Una persona di rara umanità e professionalità. Per il resto che dire. Per il COVID mai entrati in stanza. Reception che più delle volte non risponde. Quello che speravo, e che non è accaduto, dato il periodo Covid e quindi il mancato accesso da parte dei familiari, una maggiore dedizione al paziente anche dal punto di vista di verifica dei dispositivi cellulari (se carichi, ecc). Mai avvenuto. Anche perchè parliamo di persone >80 anni con un rapporto con la tecnologia inesistente. Dovevo più volte chiamare la struttura che poi mi doveva passare il reparto. Una perdita di tempo. E spesso le telefonate in cui chiedevo una verifica non raggiungevano neanche tale scopo. Per la pulizia, mi sono stati restituiti in dimissione panni completamenti nuovi e mai utilizzati. A star for the fact that my mother left, a star for the excellent educator Debora. I had to call the structure several times and then the department had to pass me by. A waste of time. And often the phone calls asking for verification didn't even achieve that purpose. For cleaning, new and never used cloths were returned to me in discharge.
A	Antonella Corvesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre è morta in questa struttura ieri,era arrivata dal Grassi in post acuzie 10 giorni prima,e a causa della pandemia non potevamo vederla.Non abbiamo più avuto nessuna notizia sulle sue condizioni ,né tantomeno riguardo l'aggravamento. Il giorno prima del decesso abbiamo fatto 17 telefonate ad ogni ora del giorno senza riuscire a parlare con un medico.Solo l'assistente sociale si è dimostrata una persona disponibile e competente. My mother died in this facility yesterday, she had arrived from Grassi in post-acute condition 10 days earlier, and due to the pandemic we could not see her.We have no longer heard about her condition, nor about the aggravation. The day before we died we made 17 calls at any time of day without being able to speak to a doctor, only the social worker proved to be a helpful and competent person.
V	Vanny Vanny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella per la poca professionalità..in quanto per due volte ho provato a prendere due appuntamenti per me e mio marito per visita oculistica e puntualmente pochi giorni prima dal centralino mi hanno comunicato la disdetta con la stessa frase “il dottore non c’è” ..visto la poca serietà..ho rinunciato agli appuntamenti..sarebbe stata la prima visita in questa struttura. Ma andrò’ altrove .. non ho percepito nemmeno un briciolo di scuse o di cercare il modo di tamponare i disagi creati .. visto che ci eravamo organizzati con permessi e turni a lavoro tutti e due i mercoledì ..disdetti dal centralino .. A star for the lack of professionalism .. as twice I tried to make two appointments for me and my husband for an eye examination and punctually a few days earlier from the switchboard they informed me of the cancellation with the same sentence "the doctor is not there ".. given the lack of seriousness .. I gave up appointments .. it would have been the first visit to this structure. But I'll go elsewhere .. I haven't heard even an iota of apologies or to look for a way to stop the inconvenience created .. since we had organized ourselves with leave and shifts at work both Wednesdays ..
M	Maurizio Madoglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché di meno non si può. Mia mamma è stata ricoverata per 10 giorni in questo ospedale,legata a letto e senza un minimo di assistenza. Lasciata a dieta senza motivo apparente con formaggino e semolino,ho sentito personalmente,mentre ero con lei al telefono perché per il covid non si poteva entrare,dirle mi dispiace ma per oggi c'è solo questo da mangiare. Dottori di un'arroganza disumana e maleducati. Pensavano che mia madre non capisse cosa stesse accadendo ma invece mi faceva video e telefonate per mettermi al corrente della situazione. Da quello che leggo nelle recensioni è abitudine trattare i pazienti in questo modo. La sconsiglio vivamente.. I give a star because you can't get less. From what I read in the reviews it is customary to treat patients in this way. I strongly advise against it ..

Per il resto guai chi ci capita, assoluta mancanza di collaborazione con le famiglie,parlare con medici frettolosi e arroganti, portato effetti personali mai consegnati al malato, permesso di visita negato nascondendosi dietro il Covid, alla prima visita concessa abbiamo firmato e portato via nostra madre. Sperienza da cancellare. The only star is for the bar managers, the only people of the structure human and available. Grazie per le premurose cure che ha ricevuto, gli infermieri sono stati sempre disponibili a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e a farci forza quando ce n'è stato bisogno, e non ci hanno ostacolato nel visitarla per tutto il tempo che volevamo. Grazie In particolare a l'infermiera Larissa. Luca, Ale, Franco My mother was welcomed in her last days of life in this hospice. Thank you for the thoughtful care she received, the nurses were always available to answer all of our questions and pull us together when needed, and they didn't stop us from visiting her for as long as we wanted. U	Ugo Ranaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saro' breve perche' ormai la rabbia e' svanita ma bisogna pur dire quello che non funziona in questa struttura. Mia Madre purtroppo non c'e' piu dal 12 dicembre, e' entrata in questa struttura a Giugno certo le sue condizioni non erano perfette ma non stava nemmeno cosi male , anzi prima di entrare n questa struttura a casa stava benino , poi in quessta struttura pian piano si e' spenta, devo dire che tranne qualche infermiera , gli altri "dottori" non si son prodigati piu' di tanto a sostenere mia madre che graduatamente dimagriva a vista d'occhio, anzi qualche volta siamo stati anche rimproverati perche' andavamo tre volte alla settimana a trovarla , roba da pazzi. Personalmente salvo solo qualche infermiera , tutto il resto non risulta degno di Nota. Pensateci bene prima di portare un vostro caro in questa struttura. Una stella solo per quelle infermiere che hanno sostenuto mia madre. I will be brief because by now the anger is gone but we must say what is not working in this structure. N	Nicoletta D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nostra nonna è stata ricoverata nell’ hospice di Merry House per un mese e la nostra famiglia non ha avuto nulla di cui lamentarsi. Nonna ha ricevuto le cure attente del personale della struttura e ci è stato concesso di passare con lei tutto il tempo che volevamo, senza limiti di orario e nella privacy della sua stanza. Senza il personale di Merry House sarebbe stato impossibile per noi prenderci cura di nostra nonna, per cui siamo loro molto riconoscenti. Ci hanno aiutato ad attraversare settimane difficili e hanno reso gli ultimi giorni di una persona a noi cara più sopportabili. Grazie ancora Our grandmother was hospitalized in Merry House hospice for a month and our family had nothing to complain about. Nonna received the attentive care of the staff of the structure and we were allowed to spend with her as long as we wanted, without time limits and in the privacy of her room. Without Merry House staff it would have been impossible for us to take care of our grandmother, for which we are very grateful. They helped us through difficult weeks and made the last days of a loved one more bearable. Thanks again
