Penso che i parenti non lascerebbero i propri genitori se venissero trattati male o non puliti curati e non nutriti.... Io ci porterei i miei nonni senza pensarci 2 volte. I do not understand these negative reviews on this structure. I have seen housing houses and I must say that the grandparents in this structure are clean, quiet, well fed and pampered. I think relatives would not leave their parents if they were treated badly or not cleaned and not fed. I would take my grandparents there without thinking twice.

Pulizia assoluta sia della struttura che degli ospiti per non parlare poi del cibo e della gentilezza del personale OSS e infermieristico e della responsabile...persona professionale, dedita al suo lavoro e sempre disponibile. Consigliata assolutente per tutti i nonnini I have traveled to different houses in Rome and I must say that Villa Fidia is the best. Mi sorge un dubbio....Non saranno queste persone che hanno avuto problemi lavorativi e scrivono qui cattiverie perché mandati via???Villa Fidia così com'è attenta a ogni nonnina e attenta anche al personale...seleziona personale capace, dedito al proprio lavoro e che ami ogni nonnino come se fosse suo proprio come fanno con mia madre. Sono stati eseguiti per tale motivo ispezioni da Nas, Asl, Finanza e credete mi non hanno trovato un capello fuori posto per tal motivo Villa Fidia è ancora aperto. Non distruggiamo una struttura totalmente a norma e al top che offre un servizio impeccabile nonché personale del tutto qualificato che si mantiene e mantiene le proprie famiglie. A distanza di 8 mesi devo ringraziare gli operatori sanitari, infermieri ed i coordinatori per le attenzioni che hanno verso mia madre. Pulizia personale e cure sono offerti quotidianamente agli ospiti residenti. La struttura è pulita, i cibi sono buoni. I soldi spesi (livello medio alto) sono ricompensati dalla tranquillità e cure offerte. Ho trovato la soluzione di Villa Fidia dopo l'esperienza di tre badanti, ora sono più tranquillo vedendo mia madre assistita da personale qualificato. Spero che il numero e la competenza degli operatori della struttura resti sempre adeguato al livello di assistenza ricevuto. La consiglio. Grazie. Salvatore Addari. Personal cleaning and care are offered daily to resident guests. The facility is clean, the foods are good. The money spent (medium-high level) is rewarded by the tranquility and care offered. I found the solution of Villa Fidia after the experience of three caregivers, now I am calmer seeing my mother assisted by qualified personnel.
