Super organizzati, tutti efficienti, dal personale che accoglie all’ingresso, a quello allo sportello, alle infermiere che hanno fatto il prelievo. Efficienza, cordialità, gentilezza e professionalità. Complimenti, di questi tempi è ancora meno scontato. Il Signore della sicurezza un "funambolo" che ha gestito il disservizio con pazienza, disponibilità e simpatia, le Signore all'accettazione davvero notevoli: hanno inserito dati "ad oltranza" sempre serafiche e col sorriso. Questi sono gli Italiani!! Bravi!! Chaos day, computer crashed, but the staff was awesome! M	Marco Cavallini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia Moglie appena partorito, partita da Anzio per una visita Cardiologica importante, causa traffico arrivata con "due" minuti di ritardo, avvisato l'Ambulatorio durante il tragitto è stata "strillata" da un Operatrice del Centralino, arrivata sul posto ripeto con "due" minuti di ritardo è stata mandata via in modo anche molto scortese. C'è da dire solo una cosa, VERGOGNA, il vostro Lavoro deve essere una missione e dovrebbe avere tanta umanità e non solo una bella busta paga a fine mese. VERGOGNA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Addirittura molto accoglienti e simpaticamente spiritosi, nei confronti anche di persone impacciate o preoccupate. Una delle Asl migliori di Roma. Ci vado sempre sia per comodità, sia per le indubbie qualità professionali ed umane di tutto il personale, che anche nel caso di problemi tecnici ai sistemi informatici si fa in quattro per minimizzare gli impatti sui pazienti. Eccellenze del genere andrebbero messe meglio in risalto, e adeguatamente riconosciute e incentivate. Un plauso alla dirigenza, che evidentemente ha instaurato questi standard di servizio e favorito lo svilupparsi di tale ambiente umano a misura d'uomo. Complimenti Perfect organization, all very kind and professional, from the security guard to the administrative employees to the reception, to the medical and paramedical staff. Even very welcoming and pleasantly witty, even towards people who are embarrassed or worried. One of the best local health authorities in Rome. I always go there both for convenience and for the undoubted professional and human qualities of all the staff, who even in the case of technical problems with the computer systems goes out of their way to minimize the impact on patients. Excellencies of this kind should be better highlighted, and properly recognized and encouraged.
