★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le fonti più antiche rilevano nel sito il palazzo della famiglia Ercolani che fu realizzato nel ‘500. Agli inizi dell'800 il palazzo fu residenza dell'Ambasciatore d'Austria e poi dell'Infanta di Spagna. Fu poi acquistato dal commendatore Vincenzo Grazioli. Nel 1863 fu affidato il restauro ad Antonio Sarti, che nel corso di lunghi lavori, terminati nel 1874, aggiunse il corpo che s'affaccia su Piazza Grazioli. Vincenzo Grazioli cominciò come affittuario di molini sul Tevere, che poi acquistò. Il piano nobile del palazzo è stato concesso in affitto a Silvio Berlusconi dal proprietario Giulio Grazioli Lante della Rovere.
The most ancient sources reveal the palace of the Ercolani family on the site which was built in the 1500s. At the beginning of the 19th century the palace was the residence of the Ambassador of Austria and then of the Infanta of Spain. It was then bought by Commendatore Vincenzo Grazioli. In 1863 the restoration was entrusted to Antonio Sarti, who, in the course of long works, completed in 1874, added the building that overlooks Piazza Grazioli. Vincenzo Grazioli began as a tenant of mills on the Tiber, which he then bought. The main floor of the building was leased to Silvio Berlusconi by the owner Giulio Grazioli Lante della Rovere.
