★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many ancient excavations in Rome, but this one is specific. Not beacause how it is preserved, but because of the historical significance of this place. Pompey's Curia is the place where the Roman Senate stood and where Caesar was assassinated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering this is free to see there is no reason not to see it. Especially since this is the location where Julia’s Caesar was murdered. The surrounding area could use some TLC. The main walk way in the front was rather dirty and kinda smelled like pee. Still really awesome ruins though
