★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location di charme , due stanze da letto di cui una con vasca in camera . Arredamento giapponese antico e cucina enorme . Salone di 100 metri quadri due bagni . L’edificio si trova davanti a Largo Argentina davanti gli scavi dove è stato ucciso Giulio Cesare .il proprietario Francesco gentilissimo e Giuseppe molto carino ci ha spiegato come muoverci. Il top a Roma
 Charming location, two bedrooms, one with a bathtub in the room. Antique Japanese furniture and huge kitchen. 100 square meters living room two bathrooms. The building is located in front of Largo Argentina in front of the excavations where Giulio Cesare was killed. The owner Francesco very kind and Giuseppe very nice explained to us how to move. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, walking distance to the Parthenon, which brought the rating up from an otherwise 1-star. The cost isn't cheap.
There are a few problems and given the opportunity I would definitely not book this place again.
It is very noisy. It's close to a main road and the noise penetrates the windows late into the night.
- The shower head doesn't run well (needs replacement).
- The restroom sink doesn't drain well (needs de-clogging).
- The bathtub for the other restroom is so round at the bottom that it's literally unusable. You can neither comfortably take a bath or a shower in it.
- The kitchen faucet either doesn't let water out or let too much water out (needs replacement).
- Half of the light bulbs do not work (needs replacement).
- The wood flooring is very dated and shows significant tear and wear. A previous flood from the kitchen faucet (or repeated water drip over years) left the kitchen floor buckle significantly and loose in front of the sink.
- Although the living room is large, the windows are small, leaving the room dim even during a sunny day.
- The wifi is slow.
