 Beautiful place, clean and with attention to detail. The managers who helped us solve a problem with another b & b were very kind. We will return and recommend it.

They ignore my messages since then and REFUSE to refund us !!! Thank God I booked via booking website but they are making me live a nightmare. I absolutely recommend you to book elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to feel confident that you will have a place to stay when you get to Rome I recommend booking somewhere else. We received notice for the cancellation of our stay after we landed in Rome and were supposed to meet our taxi to the apartment! There was no reason given for the cancellation and no one responded to our calls to figure out what was happening. This left us scrambling to find another accommodation at the airport. Thank goodness we had data services to search for another place to stay. Of course this resulted in us having to pay a lot more for our stay in Rome. There's no excuse for this and still no reason given for the last minute cancellation.
