★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in one of their apartments (30m opposite their front door behind the red curtains) with very generous space by Rome standards.
Perfect location. Reasonable costs. Walking distance to virtually everywhere.
Hotel staff were mostly outstanding. Use of hotel rooftop garden was an unexpected bonus.
I would highly recommend the apartment we stayed in to anyone looking for a place to stay on old Rome, and should we ever be lucky enough to make it back to the other side of the world and Rome again we would stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the hotel especially for their amazing terrace and were very excited to get there. However, when we arrived, we discovered by the concierge that the hotel was actually closed (they just opened for us apparently), which was a bit suprising as there were no comments on the website and people could book rooms as normal. As the stay went on we figured out that no staff was aware of our arrival, hence the cleaning service came the first day. I said there was no need to clean anything since we were just arrived, but then they never came back to change the sheets or towels (Our stay was five nights). Obviously we couldn’t access the terrace. At the end of the stay I talked with the manager about our experience, but she just apologised saying that the hotel was closed... I replied telling her that they should at least let the clients know in advance.
Overall the room was nice, but we payed way too much for the poor service we got. At this point we should have booked an Airbnb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel and very friendly hotel staff. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. The only criticism is the 14€ breakfast was not the same as the pictures shown on Google…it was a bit underwhelming, but the cappuccino was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite hotel to stay when I'm in Rome. The building and décor are unique and a throwback to a past era. The staff is professional, attentive and fluent in English. The location also is tucked away from the usual tourist spots with multiple cafes and stores nearby but still within walking distance to all the major sites. Can't recommend this place enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. The hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Valentina at the lobby is of perfect professionalism like the rest of the staff. The rooftop is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. The breakfast was okay (not a large choice of products) but the woman that serves is so kind that you forgive them for being not perfect. Would definitely go back to this hotel again.
